Midas should leave cleanliness of the vehicle just how they found it and place the seat back to how it was. My driver car seat was dirty, debris all over it, and leaves. By the time I got home I was covered in debris on my back. Midas needs to make sure they keep it clean and not leave marks on the door or debris all over the seat!!

It was great service but price could be a little more competitive and not being able to wait at the location or have a shuttle was slightly inconvenient.
It took all day to have an oil change done. In all of my past visits with Midas it’s never taken that long so that was inconvenient. And when picking up my car, I observed the mechanic being very rude and unprofessional to customers on the phone and in person. Couldn’t believe he was talking to them like that. I’m sure he was overwhelmed that day as they seemed very busy but still not a reason to talk to people like that. Definitely not returning to this location.
I usually schedule my appointments to get my oil changes and wait at the location, but this time I called the day of on feb. 2nd and the man who helped me told me to come on in. I did a drop off and he called me during the oil change to let me know of price changes and if I would like to get filters. Jared the shop manager got my truck in for a front brake job and ensured the job was done quickly. I was coming from San Diego and on my way to Alaska. Down the grape vine on I5 my front brakes began to shake violently. That night I scheduled an appointment and the next morning Jared called me and ensured he had all the information and parts and explained the parts I needed for towing and their price. The employee seemed frustrated that I was unable to immediately pay $800 for recommended repairs and needed to take my car home to figure out how to come up with the money to fix my car.
