I was highly satisfied with how easy it was to schedule an appointment but I was also highly impressed with the quality of the customer service. What was going on with my car was explained to me extremely well and it was far above my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this Midas location.

Jose was very patient, understanding and empathetic to me, and didn't treat me as a nuisance when I asked a lot of questions. I appreciate how he took his time to explain to me, and how he provided such efficient, and quality customer care and car repair care. The repairs didn't take too long considering the extensive repairs needed. This is my 3rd time returning to this location. The owner respected my lack of knowledge and communicated with both my dad and I, separately calling the both of us. I got several update calls during my visit and was given detailed quotes and information throughout the process! The owner and staff have always made me feel comfortable and at ease even when there are unexpected finds. I recommend this location to anyone I know who needs car work done. TOM IS ALWAYS NICE AND GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The waiting is never bad because they provide comfortable seating and there’s a lot of places to shop in the area. The prices are also good compared to other shops in the area.

Jose is always friendly and always makes time to help customers.

They were honest, they told me my brake pads were still good for about 1 year. Problem was that the rotors were warped. Rotors were machined to correct the problem. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Price for the service was fair.

Booking the appointment on line worked very well. The call-back was timely. Tom clearly understood my somewhat complex situation and communicated effectively.

I believe the prices now days are over price, especially to the people that are struggling with life and here in California. Especially for just an oil change. I get, that everyone needs to be paid but come on. An oil change. There’s other places that people referred me to after I went and told them how much it was to change my oil. I even went to valaline and those prices are expensive. That’s one reason I said heck no, and I went to Midas.
