Communicate between Midas is so that if there is one service at one, Midas, they have a record at another location. The Midas in San Jose on Monterey Road was fantastic. The service at Midas on White Oaks in Campbell was dissatisfying.

I will never in my life let someone yell at me like the front desk attendant did to me when I questioned the pricing he gave me versus what I signed off for. Your employee yelled at me to the point that he seemed like he wanted to physically fight me in the lobby. Absolutely disgusting how they treat customers!

I took my 2009 Honda Pilot for an oil change. I was sitting in the waiting room and watching through the window the mechanic doing the oil change and associated maintenance check. I though the mechanic was extremely thorough. The found a very dirty AC filter and showed me. I asked to replace it and they did. The service manager was also very polite, helpful and professional. I also observed his same excellent behavior with other customers too. He also id a quick diagnostic check for the warning lights showing on desh the dashboard of the car and explained the codes to me.

Edgar was very informative around what his inspection will entail. I was provided a time line of the how long the inspection will take. I received an update call within a very satisfactory time frame. My experience went very well.

Went in to purchase and change only tires. They started messing with my engine saying I couldn't drive until they fixed everything. Costs would've been over $1000. I just had it served at the dealership the month before and everything was perfectly fine. I wanted just tires. They wouldn't release my car unless I let them "fix it". I refused to pay for services that I didn't receive or even ask for. I just wanted tires!

I have been a customer here for many years with several vehicles. I always appreciate the service and the time in which it is completed.

Professional quality people work here. Been using them for 3 years for tires, breaks, oil changes and vehicle inspection. They are the place to stop for your needs.

The price was great for the oil change and the service was quick. They also checked out the car and made other service recommendations and provided the pricing.

During a previous visit Midas employee Vic explained I will need new brakes. He quoted a price of $329 when I called to schedule he gave a completely different quote as if he didn’t remember. I reminded him of the original quote. He later called me back said it was more wrong and doubled the quote. When I mentioned I was just come pick up my vehicle and to not move forward he began to back pedal and offer me the original quote and stated he couldn’t GUARANTEE his work. My business relationship ended at that moment. I was a return customer. I’ve had my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed with this location. I’m officially DONE. I will take my business elsewhere even if I have to pay more.

Fast, trust, and explanable

I understand that staffing and unexpected issues come up but waiting 55 minutes for the job to even begin when I had an appointment was frustrating. There really is nothing that could be done now that I waited and had the work done. Don’t see you offering the work free of charge as an option.

My car was broken down, I ask tow company to near mechanic, I found Midas is closed by,the Store manager was very helpful. to give estimate,after service for the car, he did point out what kind of maintainance I need in the near future, The store manager VIc is very helpful

Machinist do not care about his check list. I end up had a flat tire after the service

First of all, prices are not transparent. Coupon clearly said tire rotation performed at time of service & coupon included the service location but didnt get honored. Secondly, even with purchase of tire rotation, after the service realized tire was at psi 26 while tire requirement is psi 34. Employee said they do not check air pressure unless car has signal on it, which I think is BS because it is part of check list (which was left empty)Thirdly, receipt shows high mileage oil while I purchased synthetic blend. Called back to ask if what I got is synthetic blend, employee said high mileage oil is synthetic blend. I know two are not the same thing (i.e. there are conventional oils that high mileage) but at this point felt like not worth arguing.

I was satisfied with the whole service and they had a television to keep you in gaged while you wait I lived that part I didn’t have to watch a tv that just showed about the place

This store was able to work on the vehicle without an appointment. I had my vehicle towed to the location and was glad they could handle this event for me.

Victor was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable.

The tech/manager should be able to look up my account and see that I have a lifetime oil change. The manager wanted me to sign the invoice for regular price. He asked me twice if the car I brought in was the car covered by the package. Isn't all the info there on my account? The credit card machine did not work as well. I had to call my wife to drive down and pay. Meantime, I walked next door to a restaurant and used the same credit card without issue! The manager would not apologize, kept saying it was not his problem. During this time, the manager was moving my car and wouldn't let my wife park in front of the store because a FOOD TRUCK just arrived and was going to set up business in the parking lot!

You need friendly and smiley employee who know how to welcome customers and explain the issues in their cars, not just answer each question by saying" you will find everything written in the invoice"!! or "don't you know what axle is?" or " Don't you know what shocks leak mean?"!!!!

I requested an appointment online for a brake inspection for an available time slot next morning. Midas website and automatic response email both said someone from the shop will contact me to confirm the appointment in 30 minutes. It?s has been 30 hours. I missed the requested time slot. I am taking my car somewhere else.

Took my car because the alternator was bad and the front suspension was shaking and rattling. The alternator was change and that was fixed but the front suspension still shaking and rattling. I paid quite a bit but with no results on the suspension.
