I was clearly told what they going to do, the told me they labor costs and the cost of the new battery would cost if they would had to replace it and he call me within an hour. He called to asked me the battery needed to be replaced and it would be ready within twenty minutes and it was ready when I go there.

scheduled an appointment 8:00AM, first customer for the day. When checking in was told that I would have to wait two hours for completion as there were others ahead of me. I was told I could go down the street to Jiffy lube. I left and will not ever go back to that store.

I have had to take my 2004 toyota highlander to the Canyon Country Midas on several occasions, Mike and Jason are amazing and very skilled. I have had my alternator replaced twice, brakes, serpentine belt replace, seals done, water pump fixed, etc. Each time I was there they were friendly, fair and fast. I know when I take my car there whatever the issue they can and will take care of it in a timely fashion. I plan on returning next week to have them fix my husbands driverside window on his 2005 toyota camrey.

I brought the car in because my wife says the vehicle is vibrating/shuddering when A/C is turned on and car is idling at a red light when she drives the kids to school. They found a loose mount and repaired it but my wife had to return because the car stalled when she was parking slow in reverse the next day. She was told the throttle wasn't talking to the computer so they cleaned it out and they also reset the idle. Now three of red lights isn't working when she brakes since she got pulled over by CHP while driving the kids to school after getting the car back...just satisfied with the service. Nothing like the Midas service we got while I was stationed in Fort Sill/Lawton, OK!

We have been loyal customers since 2008 when we moved to the area all because Tony Tooma, the shop manager. He has taken great care of our cars. He always communicates all of the repair options clearly. He always makes us feel important as customers.
I really enjoyed the experience. Obviously, I wish the costs were lower for the work I was doing, but I don't think it was an entirely unreasonable price either. Everything was communicated to me transparently and the team let me know what items were urgent to take care of and which items I could probably take care of later if need be. My only complaint is that I requested estimates and appointments TWICE through the website and didn't ever hear back. I had to call in to set an appointment. Not the end of the world, but something I'm sure the franchise owner would want to know.
