This is the second time I’ve had my truck service at this Midas, and once for my wife’s vehicle. They always seem to do a good job at a reasonable price. The first time my truck needed an alignment, I took it to the dealer. When I drove off, the steering had a slight pull to the right. The second time I had it aligned, I took it to this Midas shop. When I drove off, it went perfectly straight.

twice a replaced part has gone bad and twice we have had to pay labor again on a defective part(s). Spent quite a bit of money for work done on vehicle and each time seems like there is more items that get reported as need repair. Recently we were told rear end was leaking and 1500 to replace. We have checked fluid, if there is leak its very minor. Not sure about trusting the diagnosis we receive on each appointment.

Jason was very helpful in explaining what was going on with my truck. He also gave me several options as to what can be done to fix the issue. They took my truck in and started working on finding the issue very quickly. I knew by the ned of the day what was wrong with it. It wasn't an easy thing to find but they were able to find the problem.
