Been using this particular Midas for several years. Very satisfied with all the service very knowledgeable service people.
I made an appointment for 2:30 pm. I checked in at the counter 5 minutes early and was then told it would be 45 minutes!! That is not acceptable. I made an appointment expecting a few minutes wait not 45min. So I left and went to another business that took care of me in 15 minutes.
My sister Lilia J. Recommended the shop to me. They easily fitted me in their schedule on the spot. All were very polite and friendly, They showed me what needed to be fixed and why. Repairs were done at the estimated time. Repair prices seemed reasonable. Thank you for working on my van — carry precious cargo daily —my grandbabies.
This review is actually for the new store in lake elsinore but its so new its not a option. Jason and Azul both went above and beyond to perform service on my vehicle. They told me an hour to an hour and a half. Jason had my car done in 45mins. Fantastic work

The brake job was not completed correctly! Shop forgot to secure all the bolts to the brake shoes. My truck came to a dangerous stop at a green right turn light. I could have been almost anywhere else on the road and suffered a terrible accident! Great luck for both of us that I was not on the freeway. The brake that malfunction broke my wheel as it slamed my truck to a stop. Other damage also occured to the truck. The shop Manager had repaires done to all the damage that occured.I used my AAA towing service to get the truck back to Midas shop.How to improve.... may want to have a shop manager inspect brake jobs with two people responsible for the brake jobs.

the staff at the temecula, ca location were great. that was not the issue. the issue is the quality of the brake rotors that you sell. i had you guys put new front brake pads and rotors on my wife's car in feb 2022. november 2023 and just 16,000 miles later i had to replace the front rotors due to warpage. the pads were fine. i actually do most of the driving on my wife's car and it is a lot of highway driving - and i normally downshift when slowing down so the rotors were in my mind not even subjected to half of the miles they were on the car and they failed miserably.so all in all, you guys are selling parts that have a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty when they should last for much longer. i really don't want to be spending almost $400 on brake parts every year and a half.
For a regular average car oil change was a bit expensive. $75 for a Nissan sentra that's 10 years old was a bit too much.

i had my break check for squeaks. i was advice that pads are crack and/or starting to crack. best to get pictures of those snd show customer. i took the car back but next day the parking service lights went on. brought it back they said caliper was faulty. they did offer for me to just pay the labor and midas absorbs the parts cost. i kinda dont really agree as i brought my car without the issue. but i dont like to hassle. i told them to contact carmax as i have maxcare. at the end they got my maxcare covered it, and i was charge my co payment of $100. Midas should just have not charge me at all since initially they are absorbing the parts, but since maxcare will pay for it and the fault really for me is not pre-existing i should not have paid anything at all.
Completed as quickly as possible. Gave me a loaner car to help out. Very friendly.

Entire experience was terrific.
Be honest with customers, they promised a trans flush for $700 for 14 qts. They don't even have a trans pump which I question how they would do the flush and they said oh we mean a fluid exchange for 6 qts which dropped price down to $400 they said it would take 2.5 hrs 4 hours later they are just starting it I didn't get my truck back until 5pm. I dropped it off at 9am missed all my other appointments that day. I also believe I got covid from the shops lobby.

Fair. Affordable. Professional. Generally feel that they don't try to upsell or "find" additional problems. They do occasionally include additional optional services in their "maintenance" services but nothing too bad.

Albert - the manager handled all the paperwork and Henry - the mechanic performed the full synthetic oil change service + tire rotation tasks without any issues; they also warmly agreed to 'swap-out' my old McGuard wheel locks for new ones during the tire rotation task. I highly recommend this Midas-Temecula team and this facility for everyone tired of bad service and poor quality (BTW - using the local Midas $20 coupon also made their 'out-the-door' price the best in the Temecula Valley).

Before I came to this Midas location, I contacted them to confirm they would take it, a promising voice on the phone says yes, we will honor it.
