Great service at this Midas! They really do strive to make sure customer is taken care of.

I was charged over $250 just in labor for brakes and an oil change. My brakes were under warranty, and I had a coupon for the oil change. My total was over $350. I feel like I was over charged.

Justin Steinmet was concerned at how worn my brakes were for safety. I liked the fact that he took care of me. The shop is very clean which shows they are proud of working there. My daughter highly recommended the Turlock Midas as they have fixed her vehicle. The prices are excellent. Coleen who answers the phones was also very pleasant. I give 5 out of 5 stars. I will be back when my vehicles need servicing.

I came in because my blower was going out and I couldn't get heat to my car right before the temperature dropped. I told him about the problem and they were able to take care of it in the same day. The location was nice and accessible to my work, so being able to drop off my car in the morning and then walk over and pick it up after work was incredible.

This is the only shop I trust to work on my car. Justin is professional, knowledgeable and takes excellent care of my vehicles. He checks things out tells me what I need and how much it will be. He lets me know if he sees anything that might need to be fixed while he has the car torn apart. But not once has he said oh you NEED to do this. He’ll inform me, give me a price and then leaves it up to me if I want the extra work done. Like today I could have walked away at $1100 but because I trust him I spent just over $1700 and had him replace everything that he recommended. I have recommended the Turlock Midas to friends and family Justin has given them the same excellent service and has also became their trusted repair shop. Justin and his team were incredibly friendly and explained everything very well. Usually mechanics/shops have a bad rep of trying to upsell and exaggerating things but that was not the case at this location. That’s something I really appreciate, please don’t change that. We were able to get in for service right away, the staff were professional and informed us throughout the day of the estimates, work to be completed, and when the work would be done.

I dont feel that the employees value Midas customers. Some of the guys have a really nasty, dry attitude with the customers. This visit, they messed up my service recordsadding 70k more miles than that of my vehicle to its records. I am glad that getting the mistake removed and switched wasnt too much of a pain, however.

Took off this morning everything was fine until I hit the defrost then squeeeeeak... once the car warmed up squeak went away but I need to take it back in when I have time.

I had my front headlight replaced - less than six months out it had to be replaced again then in less than a month replaced to find there was a problem with the plug. I could have been spared some charges had the problem been corrected the first time.
