I liked that Midas did an overall inspection of my 2007 Lexus during my oil change service

Brought car in due to front end suspension issue. was told it was within OEM standard. Visually you can see the car was riding low in the from end. Car gave an error message to service the suspension. Tech did not notice the message flashing on the dash. Did not listen to the complaint. Did not road test. Subpar service from the tech.

All the Employees at the Victorville store on 7th st have great customer service and friendly service.

Time and attention.

I commute so I get my oil changed often. The customer service there is amazing. I've tried other places for oil change and Midas is fair in price. I've had other issues with my vehicle and I trust the mechanics at this location.

I got my brakes done and now I have vibration when going over 65 probably because tires got put back on in wrong location so now I have to pay someone to balance my tires .

The service is superb in every aspect.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I was only there one hour for an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting room was comfortable and the staff interacted with me while I waited. The experience could not have been better. I have been a customer of this store for many years because of the great service.

My AC was not getting cold Midas machine could not give an accurate issue to why my AC not getting cold so I’ll have to go to a dealership, not the customer but technician problem just a long wait with no results. Everything is highly satisfactory.

As an AAA member they scheduled me right away and did not charge for the visual inspection.Told me the estimate for work they could complete that day and recommend items for the future.

Service was great and we had a free inspection done that gave us important information about our vehicle when pulling a trailer.

I went in with no appointment and still, I was out in less than one hour. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I like the fact that Midas is cutting down on paper waste by texting me the inspection report of my vehicle. I will definitely be back!
