Don't make false statements or lies to the customer as to when the work will be finished; over the course of 5 days it never turned out that way. Our car was impounded far too long, depriving our use of it, with no loan vehicle offered instead. I think your local garage thrives on overbooking, and cram, cram, cram their business, easily lying (and smiling) to customers to cover their fatal business plan. You can believe I will seriously reconsider ever handing over my vehicle again to Midas's confiscation of our car, never knowing when we will get it back, SATISFACTORILY repaired the first time!

Matt talks at you rather than talks to you about your car’s problems or issues. He told me he and his team were going to make these repairs rather than suggesting them which I found incredibly rude, seemed like he assumed I knew nothing about cars. Also never got a call that my vehicle was done and they failed to replace the sticker on my windshield indicating when my next service is required. Additionally, a layer of oil or something was left on my wheel that gave my hands the most awful feeling. Super dissatisfied with this location given their work has been phenomenal in the past. Bummer.
I would expect that I could schedule an oil change and wait for it to be completed. Not the case. When I made the appointment, I was told I would need to drop it off and come back to pick it up. Just moved from Indiana so I don’t know if that is normal in Colorado or not

I thought I just needed my oil changed. The tech let me know that my water pump was leaking out coolant and needed a new pump ASAP. They were able to replace it the same day.
When one of your techs blows an engine all costs should be covered by said shop. Yes, they replaced my engine at no monetary cost to me, but I had to rent a vehicle for three weeks at my cost. after spending over $3000.00 on repairs only to have them become mute, I then had to spend another $1000. on rental fees. When we picked the vehicle up after waiting and waiting and waiting some more, my Husband asked to speak to Matt and he refused to leave his hiding place to talk to us. We know nothing about the replaced engine. He never returned phone calls like he said he would. Matt is the worst manager I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am considering getting an attorney to recover rental fees and the original repair costs that are now mute.
The overall process took a bit longer than expected. However the technicians helped keep the price within my budget which accounted for some of the additional time.
Honest store manager who was easy to communicate with and very clear.
They blew my engine and I had to pay $1000 to rental a vehicle while waiting for Matt to figure out what to do about said blown engine and then he did not make my vehicle a priority as he should have being they are the ones that caused me to be with out a vehicle. I paid over $3000.00 for the initial repairs only to have them blow my engine.

I dropped my car off for service on Friday morning and was told it would get finished on Monday. No one started work on my car until mid afternoon on Monday and I had to call multiple times to get info. The last time I called, it was recommended that I replace the transmission filter in addition to the drain and fill I had originally ordered. The rep did not quote me a price and I assumed a filter change was a simple job. It ended up being an additional $500 charge. I complained the manager Matt who refunded me the value of the additional service. I'm really grateful that Matt was willing to make this right, and I learned my lesson to make sure to ask how much things cost from now on.

Scheduled oil change and alignment. Dropped off at 930 and was told at 430 that the alignment couldn’t be completed. So it took 6+ hours just for an oil change.

Charge the same prices as an independent mechanic. You price gouged me on parts big time. Pads and rotors are nowhere NEAR what you charged me. And I was told I needed a new cabin air filter for $65. I change my cabin air filter myself; it’s a $17 filter and takes less than 2 minutes to replace. Shame on you for trying to steel peoples money like that

Since we moved to Arvada about three years ago, this is the only place we will go. They provide great and friendly service. In addition, they will let me know if something is needed or not. They are not pushy and are very honest with their advice. That kind of honesty is very important to us. Daniela was absolutely fabulous. Clone her!!! She represents Midas very well.
Don was very professional and explained the work thoroughly. I was there for brake check/service and had just come from an oil change at Grease Monkey. When technician at Midas opened the hood he found oil everywhere because Grease Monkey apparently didn't follow a proper procedure to remove the top mount oil filter. Midas technician took the time to clean the mess and no extra charge...which I would have been happy to pay for.

A few times now, you guys "highly suggest " I get work done that doesn't really need it. About a year ago you wanted me to get new breaks. I got them checked by an independent garage and he said they were fine. This time, time you guys wanted me to get all new tires. I understand you're trained to do this and " manufacturers suggestion" but it gets frustrating to deal with it everytime I come in. You guys weren't my first choice for service for this reason but my normal garage doesn't do tires.
When you offer oil change with tire rotation don't look how your tires look and try to sell new ones. You do what you offer.
My car was overheating again. The last time they could find nothing wrong. This time they did every test possible. Predicted it was head gasket; that repair not available at this location. I very much appreciated the thoroughness and regret they could not do the work needed.

I received a quote for $6500 to install two catalytic converters. The manager said the labot was only $340. The mark up of over 6K is close to theft.We looked around to find that 1500-2000 is normal. That is nearly a 5k profit! I'd like to report this to the head of your company to see if it aligns with your company pricing.
The service techs were very personable and helpful. My rear glass of the truck topper wasn’t closing well. It’s a known problem for me, one of the hatch points has a small crack on the mount and pivots. They pulled me in, they were very careful with it before as I was in the waiting room watching them carefully work on my pride and joy pickup. They checked in with me before I left to ensure it would be safe and not break the glass. I appreciate their fine attention to detail. No mess/trash in my truck in pickup, didn’t smell like cig smoke (both issues at big o last time, non smoker). I unfortunately didn’t get the techs names but I’ll drop a pizza for lunch sometime for them. Don inside was the man, knows what he’s talking about and up front with you. The guys here are why I’ll be bringing my truck here. Thanks guys!

The manager seemed to have some what of an attitude when I suggested the price that I had thought it would be, $29.??, was not what was written up. The price was going to be $89 because the oil to be used on my vehicle was very specific to that vehicle. I had commented that I am not sure that I want to pay that amount, he replied "do what you want, it's your vehicle" and pulled the paperwork back to him that to was to sign. Didn't like his demeanor and attitude. Will never go back!

I went in for my routine oil change on my Toyota Tundra. After I had been home I noticed a small pool of oil under the truck. I went back to the store at 12190 W 64th Arvada CO. The Manager Don Wilks got me in immediately to verify the problem. The store was very apolojetic in the inconvience to bring back the truck. I completly understand that mistakes can happen. When I shared with the manager that my oil change was the last one of a three pack that was purchase i got a lecture on why they are not doing that anymore. When the care was finished I noticed grease on the floor mat and I had to go back to the shop area to clean it up. I was provided solvent and grabbed a rag and did it myself. Very disappointing.

They communicated the 3 days that my car was there. They looked up information on my account to help me save money. They were completely honest about the work they did. Explain everything they recommended and gave me options.
I called with a specific problem and asked if it could be taken care of and if they had the parts. They said yes but they did not have parts. They didn’t even know what to do even though it was in the computer. I thought about bringing in the paper work from the last time but didn’t trust the guy. He seemed like he was trying to up sell me. I didn’t like the fact that there were completely different people in there. Why the turnover? They wasted my time-the hole day and did nothing. I had to call them. Also a friend I sent there was treated badly and told to go somewhere else.
