I guess I am used to the 10 minute oil change experiences. It took a little longer because of the multipoint inspection, which is understood. But I guess I was expecting it to take less time. But overall, it was a good experience.

The Midas Mechanics found the problem I had been having with my vehicle in a matter of 2 days and repaired it to my satisfaction. I had previously taken my vehicle to Big O Tires and Kens Auto here in the Aurora with both shops unable to diagnose the problem causing me to bring the car back multiple times and spending a lot of money on other repairs that was not needed and I left without resolution.

Because I was pleased with the outcome of the first vehicle I made another appointment the same day for a second vehicle. Service was quick, the staff was friendly and the facility was clean. My appointment was for 8 a.m, they didn't get my car in until after 9 and I was the first one there. They quoted my one over the phone and then charged me a higher price when I went to pick up the car. They didn't even check the millage on the car, they me what the millage was.
