It just ended up being more expensive than expected

Prices need to be clear up front. Other than that this was great experience.

I am highly satisfied because I came in today and asked for just an oil change, nothing else no inspection. I said this due to low funds. They said okay, and they would get it done in an hour. Less than an hour went by and my car was ready to go. When I went in to get my keys, Allan I think was his name, said “I know you asked for no inspection, but I looked at it anyways” he cared, which most mechanics I’ve encountered don’t. He very nicely gave me some more information that I needed such as new struts, alignment, tires etc. This was information I definitely needed. The oil change was also cheaper than I expected which is great. We also small talked about work etc. Overall, I had a very good experience for my first time at a midus!!

These Midas folks are professionals - they let you know how long the wait will be and it is usually less - I always trust they will let me know if the car needs additional work and not do it until they have contacted me - they are efficient and thorough.
