The shop manager Luke is a hard worker and the team is reliable. While waiting I heard them educating customers and potentially new customers. I like that. Dealing with people in Colorado can be a challenge.

I was highly satisfied because after I communicated that I had an appointment within an hour of my service, including travel time. Midas was able to do what I needed on my vehicle and get me out with plenty of time to get to my next appointment. Look at the Castle Rock on Plum Creek. Location is a great manager for the store. He does all he can to help the customer and provide great service. In the meantime.

This service was for a fleet vehicle and I usually have to wait for it. This Midas has by far been the most prompt with service of anywhere I have taken my fleet vehicles. The staff is always friendly and communicate clearly.

I do not think setting an appointment is taken all that seriously. While the wait for an oil change was not excessive, it was clearly past my appointment time.

First of all, scheduling an appt online was really easy and I was able to get my vehicle in quickly. I had an oil change and brake check and ended up purchasing front brakes. The entire experience was a very positive one.

Luke is a great manager at Midas. I have a Mazda RX-7 and Luke is very experienced with Mazda cars. This helped me a lot since there are not many car shops that would even look at my RX-7. I really appreciated his help and advice and I am glad to know that I can take my RX-7 to his Midas shop in the future.

This shop deceptively screwed me $118.05 for a synthetic oil change on a 2019 Tacoma. This is far higher than any Toyota dealer or any other Midas location has ever charged me for a simple oil change! They are very deceptive and did not disclose the bogus
