THE WORKERS AT THIS MIDAS ALL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. THEY WORKED WITH ME ON SCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT. THE SERVICE WAS VERY FAST YET PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MIDAS FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS.

The product was of high quality, service was more than satisfying, and I have had no problems with this location.

Oil change and tire rotation was fine but when I was driving home my glove box fell off and onto floor. A later found all of the contents of my glove box under the passenger seat. It was obviously broken during the oil change, and I just would’ve appreciated someone telling me before I found out by myself. Does not give me confidence that my car is in good hands in your shop. I feel like if something wrong happens that you will cover it up again and not tell me. It’s completely dishonest.

Very helpful staff

I came in into the shop for a routine oil change and was told that I needed to have a brand new oil pan installed. The price charged by Midas for the oil pan and labor fees were twice as high as my other local car repair shop and no updates on timing of completion of work was ever communicated. Will never return to Midas again!

Great customer service and they mechanic was able to get a stripped bolt removed that another shop could not.

I was satisfied, just not “highly”. I recommend a book called, “unreasonable hospitality”. That will assist in illustrating the service required to receive a “highly satisfied” experience.

The manager is always kind and helpful. He took the time to trouble shoot an alternator problem for me.

Because I scheduled an appointment, and it never appeared on Midas his end. Thankfully, Mike worked it out so that I could get my car back in a very timely manner. I appreciate his customer service, as well as the efficiency in completing the oil change.

The Midas team is attentive and thoughtful in their work on my car. I trust them and feel that they are looking to develop a long-term relationship.

Mike is always on top of things. I (walked in w/ no appointment) took my car in to get the breaks looked at and he called and told me what was going on. Midas kept my car and had it back to me the next day.

The cost of the oil change was quite a bit higher than the advertisement that I received in the mail.

Mike and everyone that works at this location are wonderful! I originally came in for an oil change and during the safety check they found out that a part of the car that attaches to the tire was very loose making it very dangerous for me to drive my vehicle. Mike and the other mechanic showed me what was wrong and explained what was going on. Mike was able to give me a quote but I was unsure about the cost so I called and stopped at a couple different auto service centers. The prices at the other places were $200+ compared to the price at Midas. I returned to Midas to have my vehicle serviced and I was able to pick it up the next day. I've just recently graduated from Grad school so I currently have negative income and Mike was kind enough to find a way to cut the cost a bit which saved my bank and my sanity. I'm forever grateful to Mike and everyone working at that Midas location. If anything else happens to my car this will be the first place I go to. Please give this location a raise or bonuses for all their hard work!

I suggested that the tensioner bearing were likely going bad as my car was squealing loudly in idle once the ignition was turned over. The associate assured me it was not a pulley problem and instead changed the serpentine belt. The squeaking/squealing continues to be a problem and now I suspect I've paid for a serpentine belt that I didn't need.

I provided information and a part to test first. It took them 3 days to test this part I had suggested. Which turned out to be the cause in the first place. Make matters worse..my starter was grinding on the fly wheel and they did not alert me to this issue at all!!!! Which is odd because it wasn't grinding before it went into the shop. Fixed the issue myself, waste of time to go there. Also, held my car hostage over tires!!! Then put on the wrong tirea and blamed miscommunication for it. Why would I want drag slicks in December!!!! Really!!!??? My tires that were on my car worked better and they were half bald compared to these new tires...pathetic.
