I came in for a AWD wheel alignment. Unfortunately they were unable to to completely adjust the rear wheels, but it was not there fault, the fault lies with the engineers that designed the ford escape. With that being said, since they couldn't align all of the wheels they didn't charge me a thing, they would not even let me pay for the front alignment.
They did not top off my vehicle's fluids, all of the tires were at different pressures, they did not do a basic points inspection. They recorded the oil change mileage incorrectly.

PRICES TOO HIGH FOR AN OUL CHANGE!
Unless I’m an absolute emergency, we will not be using this Midas again. After hearing the estimate, I called two different shops to compare prices. Both were less than 50% of the price Midas was charging. Both described the situation as me being ripped off.
I have been going to Midas for years and I trust them implicitly. I tell everyone I know to take their car to have Doug or Micah work on it. They are honest and upfront and will not try and sell you something you need. They will also let you know if things need to be done and if they need to be done right away or if they can wait. That is so rare to find and why I trust them with all of my vehicles.

I scheduled an oil change. the appointment was for 9:30am. I showed up about 10 minutes early but they hadn't even looked at the car by 10:00. I went for a walk and they didn't finish until 11:30. It was an oil change; scheduled in advance. . . what could have possibly taken more than 30 minutes?

Service rep kept mentioning that my car was "new" even though I've been a customer at the location for over 10 years and the car is 7 years old, and I just had major maintenance to it by this Midas location 4 months ago. Made me feel like something was wrong, as their always so attentive to my previous services taken care of there. Also found out that my previous service at this location either did not include, or was not completed 100%, an oil change that I was told would be included. This lead to my oil level being extremely low on this visit, and a quicker turn around time in between oil changes than should have been necessary. I was not compensated for this.

I got a wheel alignment and my wheel sensors reset. After I left the Midas shop I noticed the pull was still there and the wheel sensors did not communicate. I paid 130 for nothing to be fixed. I'm a little disappointed.
I used the midas website to reserve tires at my location. The next morning, I called and was told to come on in. When I got there, the tires on the invoice were not the ones I chose online, and I was told the ones I wanted weren't available. I showed him the online reservation and was told the two systems aren't linked, so they didn't have any record of the reservation I made.What's the point of using the website? It's totally useless. And why didn't the guy I talked to ask even one question about the reservation when he knew the systems weren't linked?
Someone need to call me to help me to see why my car still saying I do not have no coolant and no filter and why no air was in my tire and I do not have a flat it just says please check tire pressure

When I initially brought my vehicle in I was told there were no issues with the items I suggested had issues. After picking up my vehicle a couple days later the issues I brought my vehicle in for were still persisting. I then brought the vehicle back paid for quite a few things to be fixed was told my truck we good to go. Today my original braking problem still exist. I had to have my vehicle towed to Midas to be repaired a final time. I will say Mika the service advisor has been great on communicating through this process and has been incredibly helpful. I just wish my vehicle was fixed the 1st time as this has caused an inconvenience.

I scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance, when I arrived I was told I wasn’t on the schedule with out being asked my name. Fred then said nothing and handed me a paper to sign and said nothing. When I asked why the cost was 30$ more than last time Fred never responded and put out his hand and said “keys”. I sat down for less than a minute and decided to not get service performed at Midas as Fred was extremely rude and uninformative. I did not get any service done and I will never return to that Midas or any others for service.
They didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. They answered all my questions and were honest. They did great service for me previously and that is why I returned. The service is still great and I will be back again!!
