I'm very satisfied and glad that Midas is so close to where I live.
I made an appointment for a wheel alignment. When I arrived I was told they couldn't do a wheel alignment on my car because it is a BMW. The gentleman said I would need to take it to the BMW dealership, they were the only ones who could do an alignment on my vehicle. I know enough about vehicles to know this person didn't know what they were talking about. I lost all confidence in Midas and their services. Not sure what this person was talking about but I decided to take my vehicle down the street to Firestone and they did a wheel alignment for me. I will never utilize Midas ever again.

I caught a screw in my tyre and stopped by the nearest service to fix it which was Midas. After quick inspection they told me that the screw is located in a side of a tyre and is not fixable at all. They strongly suggested me to change all 4 tires for $1000+ which I was not ready to do at the moment.So I left home and later went to a tyre store where I found out that the screw was located right in the middle and not in a side of it and it was easily fixable for just 40$

The only thing I can say bad about it was my experience making my appointment online. The email confirmation afterwards said to wait for confirmation but I never got one and ended up showing up the next day unannounced. But they accommodated me quite well even for a Saturday.
The communication from this shop was abysmal. I can not understate how bad it was.From the earliest moments, throughout the process, and up until pick up.I had no idea what was going on, required me to check in often, would be told numerous times that I would receive a call "within an hour, or by tomorrow" and not hear from them for days until I had to call them.I received no information on what was wrong with my vehicle, how it was fixed, what best next steps to take. Literally zero information and zero paper work.
I booked an appointment for a promotional $29.99 oil change online. Wasn’t told it wouldn’t be $29.99 when I dropped it off or given any options. Showed up to pick it up and it was $110. No sticker on the window. Left with a big blinking low tire pressure light. What shop that sells tires wouldn’t top off the air and ask me about my tires? I need new ones but after being lied to about the oil change price and not helped with the tires no chance I’ll buy from you.

I had an oil change on Monday. After returning home, I discovered overnight that all the oil had leaked out due to the plug not being installed correctly or being defective; the exact cause is unclear. Midas repaired the plug the following day. However, the problem now is that they had promised to clean up the oil spill. They were supposed to arrive at 2 pm but did not show up. They then rescheduled for 5:45 pm and again failed to appear. As a result, I am now facing fines from the building management for not having it cleaned up. This experience has taught me to be wary of trusting promises made by Midas representatives. I am extremely disappointed.

I have an 1800 dollar invoice paid in full w no clarification as to what I paid for as far as breakdown. Rep keeps mentioning all this stuff he's comped out for me but can't see anything period except new thermostat and housing? Then 5 calls afterwards saying housing was leaking each time and an already expensive 500.00 bill is invoiced at 1400.00 and charged almost 1800.00. to get my car back and running worse then it ever has. Took back for seals to be put on and assured it was causing these issues that didn't exist before. Just to have it not start. And sit another full day w no resolve

My Service Associate Shawn was wonderful. I had stopped in for an oil change service the day before and the wait was more than I wanted so I asked him how soon he could get me in. He quoted me a price and scheduled me for an 11a appointment the next day ensuring me that I'd not have to wait any longer than one hour. When I came in the next day, he was ready, the car was done in less than one hour, I pad the amount he had quoted me and I drove away a very satisfied customer. Shawn's the man and Midas is the place. I'll return for my next oil change when it is due.

Wow! These guys were all over it.I came in needing new tires and an oil change. I left with new tires (exactly the tires I wanted) and an oil change.No big deal, right? Wrong.The tire warranty is wildly good: look it up. It was done quickly. And I saved a ton on them.Scott got everything done quickly & well. His inspection of my truck was thorough, and he saw a certain issue that is endemic to my make/model of truck, pointed it out, and let me know that it's something that I might eventually need to fix, but that I was okay to keep driving for now. He also mentioned that I'm close to due for shock aborbers, showed where shocks were leaking, and described exactly the ride characteristics I'd been experiencing. And that it's something that I can do whenever.In other words, I learned what I need to do soon, as well as what I can put off; and no one tried to pressure me into doing work I didn't need. That's amazing. I'll get that stuff done, and I'll come back to have Scott to do it.I brought my sweetheart's truck in 2 days later for a coolant leak, shocks and struts.

First of all, scheduling an appointment was very fast and easy. I was able to get my car in right away without any problem and the guys at the counter were super friendly and very helpful and very nice. Great bunch of guys there. They were very thorough in, expecting my car before figuring out diagnosis. They were great at communicating with me when it was time while giving me my best options. I’m very impressed and happy with my service. The brakes feel great now when driving.

My car had developed a shimmy in the front end and I was scared to drive it in traffic or on the interstate. I went in on a busy Sat. afternoon and asked if they could look at the car to see if it was safe and I would bring it back on Monday for repairs. They worked my car in, went over it completely and gave me a clean bill of health to leave for California. At no charge. I am 79 and accustomed to long drives but I was spooked about the sudden symptoms. All the guys treated me respect and were caring about my safety. What a great experience!
Called shop about tire repair and they said they could do it same day. I dropped car off and went for coffee and it was ready in an hour on a Saturday afternoon.
Called and got an appointment for the next morning. The guy on the phone was courteous and helpful. It was my first time at this location and the attendants helped me out by telling me where to park in the future so my car was in a safer location. The guy at the front desk even suggested a breakfast place when I asked if there was one near. Very satisfied with my oil change and I was in and out within an hour.
They were able to diagnose my problem in a timely manner and kept in contact when another part needed to be replaced. Vehicle was ready before end of business.

I was the only person with an appointment yet 4 cars were brought into the bay before mine. When I asked why, I was told that the location only has one mechanic, and it's easier to do oil changes than brake checks. I was told it wound be 3-4 hours to even do the brake check. I took my keys and left. Firestone down the road had a complete diagnostic done in 2 hours without an appointment.
They do a very good job and are fast and always friendly and let me know what is and isn't needed. I trust them with all my car's needs

I came in because the battery light came on. It was diagnosed that the alternator need to be replaced. There was a problem with the replacement sent by the auto parts store. Andrew the manager showed me the problem and said a new part would be in the next day. That part was also defective and when I came in that Wednesday he told me that a new part would be in that morning. He knew that I needed the vehicle to get to work and he made arrangements to be dropped off and picked up from work. He and Midas went above and beyond. This is why I am a loyal customer and recommend them to my friends. Andrew is a great asset to your company as are all the mechanics who work at this location. I can’t say enough about the outstanding service that they provided that day.

There were greasy dirt streaks on the inner drivers door and floor mat. Seems like it was from the boots of the staff who drove the car. Would have been nice to put down a protective layer or to wipe it off after the fact.

Simply put Drew cared. I'm 5 states away from my daughter and Drew took care of it as if it was his daughter who needed help. Hard to find this kind of care anymore, when you do it feels great. I have been in a similar position in in a body shop for 30 yrs and what he did is just as I always have. Love helping people.
I had just bought a car, was going to order tires at Midas but dealer offered them to me for free since they were rotting and splitting.Drew was an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with.
I came in for some basic services and had additional questions on my transmission. The first things were handled smoothly and quickly, and then the transmission ended up being a bit of an open question. Instead of charging me exorbitant amounts of money for a "maybe", the technician spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me to explain potential options, and noted that my best option would be to visit a dealer. It was so thorough and honest, and made me feel very comfortable going back for any future visits.
Booking was prompt, easy drop off, oil change went faster than expected. Overall just a solid experience! The staff were super attentive and helpful, two thumbs up!!

I had a catalytic converter stolen off of a 2011 Lexus rx450h. The car was worth about $6000. You guys had no qualms about telling me that replacement of converter would costs $15000. Seriously. C'mon now. So I could have stolen the converter off my car and sold it and bought a much newer car. Absolutely bizarre.Secondly - I did have you put on new windshield wipers but when I attempted to pay over the phone your process was something out of the dark ages. It took about 10 minutes to pay $35 on my visa. Ridiculous.Thirdly we came to pick up the car in the morning before you opened and were just lucky that my son spotted it hiding in a construction parking lot across the street. So all in all a pathetic experience and I will spend a great deal of effort warning people away from your shop.

More communication with your customer about the work that is done with your vehicle. Take time with your customer on what options that is available. Don't quote the highest quote first before you tell the customer that you can get another quote. Be compassion to the customer if they find out that a part or labor is double that what was told over the phone. Not everybody is wealthy. If Midas have coupons, it would be great to let that customer know. When you talking to your customer please use eye contact. My face is not on the floor or in the air. I wasn't expecting to wait 5 hours to get my truck service but it would be good idea if somebody would inform you how much longer.
Emphasis on attention to detail
Front Desk person ("Cody") was knoweldgeable, professional, engaging and a credit to your company. My appointement was on-time and my service was completed quickly. The Company performed a general inspection of my vehicle and provided me with a highly deailed report with prices for repair. A very good experience overall.
Parking west of the building makes drop off/pickup easy. Everytime I have been quoted a time the reps give an accurate window (and usually complete more quickly than potentially expected).
