They did what they said and did not “force” something I did not need.
I checked the oil after it was service and found that it was about half a quart low. Shows up as 1/4 in the cross hatch area indicating that I should add another half a quart to the engine. I will be purchasing a quart and filling it to between the 3/4 to full mark.
Overall it was a great experience! I've been in a handful of times and have always been helped. The person who I encountered first during this visit seemed to lack good customer service skills. They did not even make eye contact with me, was vague with the details of the service I was requesting and overall not very friendly. I experienced a similar presence (with the same employee) when picking up my car. I just was expecting better customer service after my last few encounters with other employees!

There is a “shop supply” charge for $7 with no explanation. Technician left greasy fingerprints all over my door frame and windshield where he put the sticker on. My steering wheel was left filthy and greasy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was given a same day appointment t and service was super fast.

I have a 96 saturn sw2 and check engine soon light came on so I went to O'Reilly and she checked and said I needed an alternate pressure valve. So I knew it was about time for an oil change with a nice coupon value so I asked about the valve replacement and it was recommended to get the inspection . So I decided to dothat cuz the age of my car and they also found an oil leak with needed gasket change,glad to find the other issue. Great communication and explanation on this as at first I only wanted the valve replaced and oil change. Also, needed spark plugs replaced and told I could wait but not more than 6 months. Great service!
It was quick and easy. I went in looking for an oil change after a coupon I saw. I didn’t realize it would be more expensive than the coupon, but they did a great job and helped me see what else I needed done!

Your prices are way to high. Your people do not communicate with each other. When I called to check up on my vehicles I was hung up on. I was told when I did get a hold of them they would call back no call back. This was not Andrew. Was given a price not in line with what I had done. When I got my explorer back my running board was broken off. I would not have mined if they would have told me. Instead I found it after I got home and looked the vehicle over. I do not trust what your people say or what they do for the price you charge. And for the price your people should be working not standing around. I see this a lot when I drive by.
You need to get your prices down. when I called to check on the vehicle I was ask to hold and I did. Then I was hung up on and never was my call returned> This Was Shawn Culton. He hung up on me a couple of times. while I was sitting there waiting for my vehicle I watched him on his personal phone and when the shops phone rang he would reach over and press the bottom to shut it up. I also had my other car in the next day for replacement spark plug wires and Shawn said it would be $600 and some dollars to replace 4 wires. I had quit a talk to him about that. And going to report this not a good way to run a business. After I got my Explore home from having the thermostat put in and was checking the vehicle as I aways do they had knocked a Part of my running board off. I would not have mined had they told me about it.

Based on experience I would not recommend. I was told shocks & struts need to be replaced as well as back brakes. Less than 80,000 on truck. Have never been off road or towed with it, why would they been worn out to point of having to be replaced. Had a full inspection done by dealer 24hr prior to service. None of this was said to be Questionable in report by dealer. Only front brakes. Why add things that do not need service! Do not like being lied to. Very unprofessional.

Everything always goes fine
The associate that I worked with clearly explained to me what the specific work recommendations were and the price of that work. He did not try to push me on anything, when I said what I wanted to have done, he accepted that and let me know how long it would take. He was very helpful and even told me when they went to do something I had asked and it wasn't necessary, saving me some money.
There was a negotiation about the oil filter and the type of oil but that went well and that was all that could have caused any problems. Of course, had the job not been done at all, that would have been a problem. But that was not the case, of course.
Same day appointment friendly staff
I came in for a vehicle inspection and was told I needed new tires, new struts, new brakes and a new battery - which comes with a hefty price tag and a lot of overwhelming feelings for someone who doesn't know much about cars. The team's willingness to explain everything to me down to every detail about what was wrong, why it needed fixed, and what the cost was - was extremely comforting. The reps worked hard to apply coupons to bring the cost down as much as possible. And, my vehicle was completely serviced in less than one full business day - where as in the past I would have taken it to places that would have kept my car for a week. I'm very impressed with the customer service I received and will certainly be going back for my next oil change.

Did vehicle inspection and didn't talk to me about the results of the inspection after ward. Most places will ask if you want to do a cabin air filter change. Didn't mention it or pricing. Had to see the pictures afterward and replaced it myself. Could've made more money for midas. Bathroom had no soap in it either which is telling of the employees/location

I went in for an oil change and a check on my air conditioning and ended up with a over $2000 of extra maintenance. I would like to actually see why other things needed diagnosing, fixing, or replacing rather than just a brief verbal explanation.
