I went in for a flat tire and they went above and beyond by checking all four tires for any leaks or problems.
Listen to your customers next time. I came in for rear breaks and ebrake repair. Communicated I had had the rear axel serviced only 500 miles before and just needed the breaks finished and my brake pedal is soft. Service manager did not hear this and continued to push the axel service and rear brakes only would be $2800. When I asked about the ebrake he insisted it just needed adjusted. Nope. Got a second option. What was found.....E Brake cable broken,(not listed) Front brake line was leaking, (Not Listed) Rear axel was fine and lot leaking, (did get this fixed 250-500 miles ago) Did need rear brake and drum on previous repaired side, brake line for the front and ebrake cable at the end of the day.

Midas patched my tire. The tire indicator light is still on. When I brought it back to Midas they said it would turn off and 5 days later the indicator light is still on. Plus they inspected things I did not ask them to and tried to upsell.
Do a better job of information about the price in the fact that the OEM muffler was not available.When I returned with a problem of the muffler being attached underneath my cab body, they fixed it without asking me how they were going to do it and they damaged my original vehicle fixing their problem. My car broke down across the street and I managed to drive it over to Midas. I inquired for help inside and the team was very responsive, provided a couple options and got my vehicle inspected within about a half hour, explained the issue and then got working on it. Overall just happy they were able to take care of the problem immediately and get my vehicle back on the road within a few hours.
Compared to competitors (Jiffy Lube), Midas was double the price for the exact same inspection. It was next door to carwash that I was visiting, so I went through with the service, just out of the convenience; otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere.
My car has been stalling. They charged me a diagnostic fee and replaced my battery a few weeks ago. However, they didn't look into what was causing the battery to drain until I brought it back due to it still stalling. They can't figure out what's wrong and have been rude about it.

If the tech noticed an item that was not in the correct condition, they should let the customer know immediately and not provide the service. Starting the service and then trying to pass this off from a former oil change and saying this "however they will fix this expensive fix" sounds like they are trying to cover up something. I would not trust this location to do anything else on my vehicles other than oil change as I feel that they cannot be trustworthy. I come to this location as it is conveniently located walking distance to my home, otherwise I may look for an alternative altogether.

Midas' goal is to sell and not customer satisfaction. And I don't like that salesy attitude. If you look at your reviews on google, everybody is complaining about unnecessary router changes with brake pads. sometimes they are needed, but you don't even bother to look into turning the routers as an option to discuss. That is why your business has this reputation and we all have started to support local businesses and small shops and take our cars to somewhere we can TRUST.

I purchased the warranty when I bought my tires. I came in to have a flat repaired. I was told that it would be covered with the warranty. When I went to pick up my car I was about to be charged for the service before I questioned what was going on.

Do not have your service employees lie about the state of their vehicle in order to scam them out of money. The fact that I was told they couldn’t replace my brake pads without my rotors because it “typically causes rattling and noises” just shows that your mechanics are not competent. You don’t not have to replace your rotors everytime you change your brakes and if they cannot change brake pads without destroying the rotors maybe they shouldn’t be working on cars.
The thorough inspection proved that there were no issues with my brake pads as I had originally thought. The team didn’t charge me for the inspection, will certainly return!

Midas should provide full information on maintenance history, make and condition of all the tires before advising me to buy 4 new tires. I had purchased 4 new tires with only 2900 miles on them and then had winter tires installed by Midas. The winter tires could have been replaced with my rather new tires. After I told the agent this I was told that Midas would not take the new tires off and put the 2900 mile tires on. The failure to disclose what tires were on the car pushed me into an $1125 cost that was completely unnecessary. When I asked Midas to correct this failure the agent denied my request. So I had to pay for this error. Midas agreed that they knew about the other tires but said itt was too late to correct the error even though I had not yet picked up my car.
I don't think there is an issue with my struts and shocks. Just recommending service because of miles. No leaks were noted. So feel like that is a bit of a money grab. Different than saying this is how long these usually last and this is what to look for indicating they would need to be replaced. Not sure what to think about the tire feathering thing also. One month before I was at Discount tire and they looked at all four tires and didn't say anything about seeing feathering. Was told that usually happens when there is a tow so not sure what that is about.

I'm facing Excruciating costs at all cause that I have to take take this branch to small claims court because They are completely unprofessional and broke broke my transmission while trying to do a warranty warranty on a clutch clutch that I had that that they installed incorrectly twice before.
