A very good experience

The man who helped me check in was so kind to me and I felt really cared for

I was sold on an up-sell to synthetic oil, a good deal because “$20 off, forty nine dollar,” said while pointing to something on the counter saying 49.99. Then at checkout, it’s $20 off of $89.99 (a price nowhere to be seen, evrywhere else it’s 69.99) and no explanation of how the price jumped so high. I wish you just said accurate prices for an oil-change up front.

Midas took care of me! They looked into all the issues I was having thoroughly and didn’t find anything wrong so they didn’t charge me a cent. I felt I could trust them and will definitely be going back!

My only qualm is the cost of services in general. Otherwise, Ammon offered a coupon where it was available without my having to ask. Travis was very helpful explaining the services available and updating me with the process. And Jackson was kind and conversational while driving me home after dropping off my vehicle. When I checked in I confirmed with the guy that I would be able to use the 29.99 coupon for my car. He said yes. After the service and after having to deny things like $70 wiper blades and a $100 coolant top up he gave me the final price and told me it was $97. I told him that wasn't what he had told me prior and started fumbling and eventually called the manager. The manager said "oh sorry but we put in the full synthetic" and gave me a $15 credit. This was their mistake and they should have given me the 29.99 price. I would have argued more but couldn't stand to listen to the pig headed males anymore. Instead, if nothing happens and I don't get my money back, I will just deny the charge to my account.

Personnel showed me an explained to me exactly what was needed to be done on my car in a way that I understood completely.

Went in for oil change. They tried to sell me stuff that was not needed at a very high rate. To top it off they overfilled my crankcase as well as did not tighten the filter or the drain plug. I had to call the corporate office to get an apology.
