Be precise with original estimate, proved detailed updates if first estimate is canged, also provide written estimate prior to repair and advise customer of Labor rates ahead of time. A $163 repair for a 6 inch piece pipe welded in place plus a bracket install to hold pipe at $145 for labor is outrageous for a simple repair that only took 45 minutes to complete. I do understand how flat rate works as I've been a Dealership tech for 40 years, I just didnt have a welder available. I would like a partial refund to my card if that can be done.. I did stop by and talk to the manager but iI didnt push the money issue. Went in for a transmission flush. Transmission was acting up not shifting right and causing a check engine light. Took it in for the transmission fluid to be flushed. The transmission is working great and the car was done before the original stated time.

Simply, I was there for oil change filter, check of fluids to ensure my '99 Honda was in good shape. The sales associate seemed to prefer I select the two most expensive of the 3 oil options and near the end noted I might elect a $75 inspection service to find why the check engine light was on, which was too expensive, particularly @Christmas time. However, there was no 'heavy push to do extra inspection.
I had some muffler issues and the guys took the time to try to solve the problem. They were kind and patient. They went out of their way to help me. I appreciate their hospitality.

My mechanic Brian is an awesome mechanic and a great trouble shooter as I was hearing a knock/rattle noise coming from the front end of my vehicle.
