Scheduling my appointment was a bit difficult as I had not been able to schedule at the time which was shown as available online the night before, rather I had to wait a few hours which slightly intervened with my day’s plans. They also let me know they were going to prioritize someone else’s car (possibly a friend of them as I heard them talking about this person on a first-name basis) before mine which was slightly inconvenient and felt somewhat unprofessional but nothing more.
Josh took really good care of me and my car. Wait was fast, told me about future services that might be needed. Very reasonable prices, quick and polite
The owner of the Holly Street Midas in Littleton, CO is the reason that I returned to this location to buy a second set of tires and to ask for a diagnostic for our new car. We trust and appreciate him and his staff. This is an excellent Midas franchise and I would recommend it to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

After getting my car back home I noticed that the technician removed a sensor that allows the traction to operate properly. Now I have to take it to a different car repair shop and pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed

I was told i had the wrong spark plug brand in my truck, which wasn’t the case (spark plugs replaced 1.5 years ago, still good). I called my other mechanic and had them fix the issue which was just a fuel filter replacement. Because of the incompetence at this Midas location i still had to pay for a vehicle inspection fee.

Midas was the 3rd place to look at my car, the previous 2 places were stumped and unable to figure out the problem. One is the dealership. My breaks started to make a grinding sound on the passenger front. I knew that was bad, but never heard the indicator sound from the break pad. Got the SUV in right away. Sure enough the Caliper on the passenger side was seized. Called that evening for an appointment, arrived the next morning. Was out in a few hours. Where else can you get this kind of service.
I've been going to this specific Midas for years and have always been satisfied with their work, I will continue to come back so long as Rachid is there.

I feel like the cost was not communicated well. It was difficult to understand what the problem was. Also, I paid a lot of money for a battery and I also needed windshield wiper fluid and my tires filled up. I think the least they could have done was topped off fluid and filled tires with air. I think that should be standard for all customers

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and was informed that one of the belts that were put in last August already needs to be replaced. The store took care of it for me, but this happened a few weeks ago with my alternator. Oddly, multiple parts that I've replaced through Midas need replacement only six months after installation. I appreciate Midas taking care of the elements as they should be under warranty. I hope this situation is an outlier and not a norm.

I took my 95 4Runner in for a rattle (200k* miles). They drove it and took parts off and put them back on but could not find the issue. Nothing to fix and doesn't look like damage is being caused. So I asked what I owed them for their time and effort.
Great people. Great service. The only negative is that we were told the oil change was scheduled for 11:00 AM. It was not completed until 5:45 PM.
