Realize that in order to keep a customers business that you may need to do the occasional small repair that are only $200-$300. When I have to take something across town to get fixed because you guys are too busy doing shocks and struts that run $1600 and don't wanna bother with my exhaust end for $300. I was told it was not available thru your suppliers. It took this small muffler shop across town 1 hour to get it delivered to them and about 30 mins to do the work. They charged me $180 total but I had to waste the day in Denver rather than being able to have Midas that's 5 mins from my house fix it. I own a small fleet of vehicles between business and personal and will not be back.

I had my vehicle inspected at Midas and determined what was needed to fix my exhaust system, and what it would cost. I set an appointment to drop off my vehicle the next morning to have the muffler replaced. Upon arrival to check in for the muffler replacement, the person checking me in indicated they would inspect the vehicle and call me with a price. I had to advise this person that this had already been done, and that I was dropping off to have the work completed. Then there was a delay in obtaining the part. I understand things like this happen, however, the delay could have been avoided had the part been ordered when the appointment to complete the repairs was set.

Both the manager and the assistant manager were very informative. Very nice and I know somebody that works at a juice place. She told me about Midas and her brother Cody works there. That’s the reason why I want to Midas.
Rick is absolutely amazing EVERY time I visit Midas. As a matter of fact I drive an extra 40 minutes to the Parker location from Lakewood where he used to run the Lakewood Midas. I've been going to Midas for years now. The only time there was ever an issue in all the times I've returned was a time-related one, in that we got our wires crossed with how long a repair would take.The associates at Midas more than made up for this miscommunication with a discount for a future repair.The workers here have always been respectful, efficient, honest and professional.
Rick is the most trustworthy mechanic and shop manager I've ever met. He was the shop manager in the Lakewood store and moved to the Parker store recently. We appreciate and trust him so much, that we now drive to Parker to get all our vehicles worked on; we live in west Littleton!Rick has always walked us through every repair and diagnosis, even showing us with our own eyes what the problems are. You don't go into anything blind unless you want to! He has fixed small things for free at times, simply because he cares and understands customer loyalty and customer service. When another shop had told me my vehicle needed some costly repair, I took it to Rick and he showed me the part and why the other shop was flat out lying.Definitely recommend him and this shop.

I called to inquire about repairs on my exhaust on my 2002 Toyota Tundra. Spoke to technician which was super nice and knowledgeable. I was ask to bring my vehicle to have it inspected. When I arrived my truck was immediately put on the lift. Rick which is the new owner showed me exactly what I needed. Amazing service and saved me about 1,000 dollars in repairs I know I looked up the parts alone were well over what I was charged. The quality was impeccable andDone right. Vehicle would not start. Had 2018 Chevrolet Silverado towed to the Parker, CO location. After diagnostic test it was confirmed that the starter needed replacement. Was told approximately $650 on the phone. After work was completed the charge to replace the starter with labor came to $981.56. Labor and shop fees totaled $223.98 the part was $702.99. The "starter" retails at automotive stores for lest than $300. The total cost should have not been more than $600. I had a great experience with another Midas shop in littleton, co and was expecting a similar experience. I was obviously taken advantage of and will be sure to share my experience on social media so that others will not be taken advantage of.

Contacted Midas by phone, associate was very knowledgeable about my needs, gave me a quote over the phone. Upon dropping off the vehicle, representative was friendly, asked questions and made a phone call back confirming the work to be performed and then again when the work was completed.

Staff communicated process very clearly and in a friendly and helpful manner. Pricing was steeper than I anticipated (Oil Change/Filter Swap seemed excessive) but still within acceptable levels.
I checked with the Midas shop about 2 months prior to having the work done. In the meantime, the shop changed ownership. The new owners charged twice what the previous owners quoted me. I thought it was quite expensive, but I needed the work done, so I approved the work. But it left me feeling uneasy, as though I might have been taken advantage of.

An all around good place to take your car
was able to remove a faulty flange gasket on the tailpipe and weld in a straight pipe. no more putt putt when driving. is now normal sounding which is quiet.
The staff was friendly and understood I could not pay for all repairs at once, so told me the best one to do for safety.

I mentioned an experience of a shaky car when I'm driving on the highway and he immediately knew what might be the issue. He added a note in his computer and called me shortly after to explain the issue, cost, and resolution. I will be back at his shop again. I appreciate the professionalism that he always shows. Labour was good , No exhaust tip I need to find one and Midas told me Buy the exhaust tip and Midas will weld on ! Alsoafter brakes were replaced now my rear passenger side has a slow leak rite at the balance weight !
