They were working on bare bones for employees but still did a great job with my vehicle un a timely manner. Very polite!
I thought I needed brakes and they looked at them and all it needed was to be cleaned. I'm glad they were honest and didn't try to sell me something I needed.
I liked that I had was told l needed something done more than just a oil change and I didn't feel any pressure. Also they showed me the part that they replaced !

I had a problem with the previous visit. The gentleman behind the counter, listened, and then insured that everything will be taken care of.
The service is always quick, efficient, and friendly. My only issue with this visit was that the bathroom was very gross and the toilet paper was very low and could not find any in the cupboard or anywhere.
The guys who worked on my car made me feel comfortable and it was completed within the scheduled time frame. They even let me leave my car early so I could do some shopping. I've already recommended this shop to several friends. Really a great crew here.

A friend of mine's took my car in for me as i was work. I hadn't schedule an appointment, so this was a walk-in (which i do offten). The Clerk called me to make sure of what i needed done. i have been a customer for quite sometime and informed to please service my vehicle as before. My friend stated that the whole process was about an hour. i was really suprised when i received a text with photos and detailed info of what was done to my vehicle. this was really great to see as i was unable to be there in person. After moving to a new city in 2019, I discovered this Midas. It was difficult to find a trustworthy auto repair business. When this store tells me anything is wrong, I know they've correctly diagnosed the problem. A qualified mechanic will effectively repair the problem at a reasonable price. This store, as well as the Midas in Fort Collins, have been really helpful to me. They went above and above to assist me. They have always given me confidence. My hopes were exceeded by the Midas on Highway 50 in Pueblo. Thank you very much.

My appointment was scheduled at 8am. Arrived at 745. As I was waiting another customer arrived. They stated not all of the crew was there. So from 8am to 10,10:20 I sat waiting on my car. They said it was only going to be a 45 min process it was not. So I was bummed because I had to hold off on work related issues.
Customer service was excellent. Review of the service being performed was clear and concise. Store was clean. Breakdown of needed service was explained thoroughly as well as the pricing breakdown.
We have always been treated good with fair prices. The guys are always friendly and usually quick. This time was busier, with a little longer wait than we are used to, but it was fine because we understood they were busy.
The time it took (90 minutes) to get an oil change and tire rotation was excessive. I had an appointment at 8:00 AM when the store opened.The charge for an additional quart of oil above 5 quarts was quite high. The final amount I was charged (with a $10.00 off coupon applied) was approximately $20.00 greater than a nearby competitor which I generally used.So much for trying this different location.

I was out of town on business when I realized I was reaching the mileage where I needed another oil change. I called Midas and they were able to get me in first thing the following morning changed my oil checked my air cleaner and had me on the door with the 40 minutes.

My opinion: the manager is inexperienced in dealing with managing (needy or problematic mechanics). The mechanic came out at least 4 times complaining about why he could not complete jobs to the manager. The mechanic took over 4 hours to mount tires and do an alignment on my car. I did ask for some extra work and the mechanic took advantage of that situation only to explain to me in the end that nothing could be done. He really didn't have a reason, just tried to double talk his way out of explaining the reason. I have used this store before, but right now I'm not sure of using it in the near future as the store is being run by some mechanics that don't really want to work and a manager that is too inexperienced to put them into shape or ship them off.

They forgot my military discount, and they are much more expensive than the Midas store on s Nevada in Colorado Springs. I had to call the shop to get someone to come to the counter to pay for the oil change.
