Your associate was very aggressive. When I asked for my front brakes to be done he very assertively claimed that "we inspect your car first and then call you and go from there" as if I just have no say in what services are performed. The thing is, you guys already did inspect my vehicle not long ago and even sent me a service quote and I was going off what you had already told me. Furthermore, I could tell this guy came from a car sales background. He was doing that same high-pressure sales style one expects at a shady used car lot. Nobody likes that, nobody wants that. I left and cancelled the service all together. I will not tolerate that sort of thing. I got my service done at Brakes Plus and will not be back to Midas for any reason. My suggestion for you with other customers is to adjust your business model to a service-focused one instead of a sales-focused one. NOBODY likes an aggressive salesman, and many, myself included, won't tolerate it. Let us get what we want and be happy with whatever sale you get. Don't push it!

If you can't get the lug nuts off of the customer's tire and ruin 3 of them in the process, you should just probably replace them and tell the customer they have to buy some new ones instead of just saying it's all done and sending me on my way.

From the moment I walked in the front desk lady was wonderful! She takes time to listen to your needs and gets you signed in immediately. I was able to wait while my car was serviced in a nice, clean waiting room. The bathroom was super clean too. The technician took time to do my oil change and check over my car so I would be safe on the road. This Midas is now my go to place for my Nissan.

The location was able to schedule me in at the time I requested. When I arrived they took my car right in. It was busy and alone going on but the employees seemed to have everything under control. While waiting I noticed the manager helping take calls and also helping customers doing an excellent job of communicating and having wonderful customer service. My car was done within 45 minutes. Initial appointment set up was easy, call back within an hour was quick and straightforward. Arriving at the location, a service tech was quick to pull up the appointment, and work with the fleet provider. After the fleet approved service, tires and brakes were installed. The technician hand tightened the lugs to prevent cross thread. Because of the hands on approach instead of immediately using an air torque wrench, I trust Midas with my personal vehicle too.

Get a reality check on your prices! Went to Brakes Plus after your outrageous quote and got a lifetime warranty all new pads and turned rotors (instead of Midas’ wasteful throwing rotors out because your either to lazy or incompetent to turn them) for $800. That’s $1,000 less than your quote 😡😡😡😡😡

Overall it was a fair experience. I did feel like I was an inconvenience to the associate Nick who helped me. He seemed slightly irritated about something that didnt involve me. When I asked how long I could expect the repairs to take he said he had absolutely no idea at all and they would do their best to get it done when they can (seemed irritated that I asked). I took an Uber home because I did not know what to expect. I was called shortly after that (1 hour 16 min) the car was ready. I could have easily waited if I had known even a ballpark time which he did not give me. He did explain everything very well including pricing which I really appreciated that transparency when I dropped the car off on what the price was going to be. I did feel like he was trying to convince me to repair items that may not have needed to be replaced. I was told that I needed to replace the condenser on my ac but was given very little info on why. Just that the condenser was "internally failing" with no explanation as to how that determination was made. I honestly wont be back. I didnt feel valued as a customer.

On line appointment scheduler does not work at all and using it was a total waste of time. Maybe turn on the televisions in the waiting room would also help and maybe providing coffee or tea.

This location has started charging a 99.00 fee for just diagnosing an issue, even if they do no repair work on a vehicle. That 99.00 fee for diagnosing only seems quite a bit steep.
I have been have my oil change at the Thornton location for years. Each and every time the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If need recommendation for additional is suggested. I never feel pressure to have work that is not needed.

First of all, I have no problem with the store associates. They were very friendly and professional. My problem was with the outrageous pricing. Over 100% markup on the parts (replacement of stolen catalytic converters), which were expensive parts to begin with. Midas quoted me at first $5400, then $4400 (after some negotiating) for a job that was quoted by a GM dealership for $2300. Midas was so expensive that my insurance company would not approve the work. The insurance company told me that Midas is famous for price gouging on parts. Bottom line is, I don't think I will ever give Midas any further business as I cannot trust that I'm getting a good value for the money.

The shop is less than 2 blocks away, at a very busy intersection. They always have time to get my service done even with it just being a drop in. they do a good inspection if if I dont get any other services. great shop and great guys.
Made apointment on website, did not get a call back to confirm. Had to call to confirm appointment. Manager confirmed appointment for 7:30, but did not get the car in until 8:15 as they were dealing wiht other cars in the bay. Manager recommended cabin filter, which I agreed to and it took another 30 minutes for him to advise tech as he was busy outside with another person. Finally finished at 9:15. Very disappoining.

I don't think there was anything that was needing improving.
I need a mechanic, not a lawyer for CO laws. Employee scared me into believing I would be fined by the state and fail emissions. None of that turned out to be true. I passed emissions with no help from Midas but included a large bill that fixed absolutely nothing. I went back after emissions test to try and get some money back but then was yelled at by employee.
I was greeted the moment I entered. The fellows there was very helpful with my vehicle. Also very knowledgeable. And even took time to show me a problem that I didn’t realize I had. 2nd time there 1st was bad service as well as took way longer. We had oiled our bushing and 3 weeks later they were still make the same sound. Waste of money and time.. 2nd tried again with oil change 3 hour later way past time they said it would be ready

I took my vehicle to them twice for the same problem; the first time they said it was a faulty radiator cap and replaced it. The 2nd time they said it was the head gaskets and gave me a 4300 estimate. The car was drivable w/out any noticeable knocking or engine noise, so I took it too Mike Shaw Subaru and they diagnosed a bad radiator and replaced that WITH the new cap at $800.00. Overall a bad experience - what would they have done? Redone the Head Gaskets for 4300 then charged me for a new rad
