Associates were wonderful !! Explained everything.

Customer service is awesome. The team is also very nice. The turn around is awesome. I called that same morning for a tire and was able to get right in.

Coupon given and price was raised from last visit so coupon didn't change price from last visit. Oil was increased from $12 at last visit to $17 so coupon didn't change final pricing from last visit.

I loved how close it is to my new home. Easy to make an appointment. Loved the savings on the coupon promotion. Kind staff

I wasn’t highly satisfied because of the pricing given to fix the other issues with the car. Administration was fine. People need to have better customer service. The body language makes a bug difference.

For the third time for an oil change I asked for the oil life indicators be reset. They were not. Third strike and your out.

I had a flat tire , AAA came and put on donut tire - making meanwhile I called Midas told the situation , person said come on over , we’ll examine the tire . Asked if they had tires there if I needed new one , told yes and if not the correct tire the warehouse was only ten min away . Didn’t have to wait long before my car was taken in . They were able to repair my tire .

The report was clearly explained, and suggestion of future service and pricing was very understandable

I am a over the road driver I got to Windsor Connecticut and all 8 tires on my trailer were bald I called the Manger over at that location he said bring it over ill get you taken care of when I got there he was able to find me 8 235x80x16 14 ply tires for my trailer they got right on it and I was there about 1 hour they were all very friendly and knowledgeable ounce completed i went picked up my load in Windsor Connecticut back home to Texas I will be back to get my tires there again when this set wore out , the price was excellent and the service was A+

I made an appointment on line and was seen the same day. I ended up calling the location and was told I was put into an 11:30 time slot. I dropped off the vehicle for an oil change. Took a walk and when I returned it was ready. Paid, no issues.

Made appointment,.was taken right away at the schedule time. They came to me on issues on my car before performing anything.

I had a minor accident with my car where the other car hit my rear tire. I called and asked if they carried the tire I needed to replace but they did not. The woman on the phone was kind enough to look up where I could get the tire. I purchased the tire and after receiving it I called to see if they could install it for me. Not only did they do it for me, they got me in the same day. It took less than an hour from start to finish. Very clean shop and extra great customer service from everyone there. I will definitely be using them next time I need a service they provide.

I took my car here and they worked on it three days still not resolving the issue. My husband and I were out of a thousand dollars and the problem was never resolved. Don?t bring your car here. The workers clearly don?t know what to look for and management
