I brought my car to them for a few things that needed to be fixed. They completely overcharged me . Then the next day my check engine light was on and the car died then had to call triple AA.

I spent $5000 in the last 2 months at this shop ($5k I can’t afford to be shelling out mind you) and I was informed my oil was dirty and not changed.. spoke on the phone about it and I thought it would be taken care of. Every time it leaves it comes out with more problems than it went in with. Boggles my mind.

One person was up on the phone and the woman had busy between the computer and garage ! I really wasn't told about prices of labor or product or whether I was paying labor for the whole time I was there or not, when my car was not get worked on was lab still being accrued !!!???

I got lost in the shuffle - I was supposed to receive a callback regarding a part's availability. After 90 minutes I ended up calling back.

It was quick and they were expecting me. They didn't tell me that they were replacing the lights in my rear lights. I would have preferred to be told what was wrong before they replaced them, but in this case it wasn't a big deal. Previous appoinments everything has been explained to me, before the work begins.

Scott and Associates were very professional and courteous.

Great customer service. I took my car in for a battery problem. They looked over my car fully and found several other problems that where mostly all covered under my warranty. I will definitely return for any future repairs.

The head technician told you what was wrong and didn't go about trying to sell you other things that you really didn't need. He was up front and I thought honest.

They figured out and fix my problem in a friendly manner , even picked me up to get my vehicle when it was ready. I actually had it towed from Meineke down the road where I broke down , because one person there was way to rude not very customer service friendly , I will never go there again.

Lou is not exactly a people person. He just hangs up the phone when he is done talking. Barely looks at you while checking you in. Ever since Scott has been out and Lou has taken over those duties this location has gone downhill. The quality of the staff has gone down as well as the quality of the work being done. I don’t know how you would be able to change this location with the way it is being run.
