My fiancé is a mechanic and we are going on a road trip this coming weekend, he didn’t have time to service my car before we left, and I was having a problem with my tire so he had me go down to midas to get it checked out. The staff did an entire inspection and it turns out my wheel bearing was broken. We discussed the price and anthony ordered the part right away and even offered me a ride home as it was going to take longer than the original plan (oil change and top off fluids). They were short staffed that day yet him, remy, and Bailey, made sure I was taken care of, informed, and safe. Can not appreciate these gentlemen more!! Will always reccomend them!

When calling to schedule, no one available to answer the phone. Scheduled on line but no one called back to confirm. Had to make a second call to confirm appointment.

My technician was amazing! He gave me a ride to work at the time of drop off, then examined the car and found several critical items in need of repair/replacement. He let me know via phone and text what it would cost. And they got it all done before 5 pm, then picked me up from work with my car--freshly washed and vacuumed! car is driving like it should, without those grinding brake rotors and rattling pinion arm. This was more than I had planned on spending, but the car is running noticeably better.

I had been having a great deal of difficulty finding a decent mechanic or establishment to fix the exhaust problem with my car (2012 Hyundai Sonata) I was not sure that Midas could help so I took a chance and tried. The folks at this particular were knowledgeable and very helpful. My problem was fixed after struggling with it for nearly 3 years
I came to Midas because you were they only garage who was willing to help me fix my vandalized Outlander. While everyone I spoke to told me that parts won't be available until EARLY NEXT YEAR, the staff at the Bristol location offered me a solution, and they were the ONLY company who could find comparable replacement pieces to get me through until manufacture parts are available! My only disappointment is that the delivery of the parts ordered were not shipped when promised.
