After a blowout on a relatively brand new tire, Midas of Canton fit me into their afternoon the next day to replace the tire and do an overall check on my car and its other tires. The mechanic even put away neatly my spare tire, Jack, and tools that I had left laying in the trunk. I had quite a harrowing event changing the tire on the side of the highway.

They tested the battery in my key fob which was weak and when I said i’d just take it w/o changing, it had already been changed for a new battery and they weren’t going to charge me for it. I insisted that I pay for it but was so impressed with how they handled it.

Too soon to tell if brakes done properly this timeAlso found out a that when I brought the same car to Midas Farmington a few years ago the guy who asked for cash apparently pocketed the $ and did not record the service.
As I left for work at 7am this Tuesday I quickly realized my battery had died. Even after having the car jumped there was not even enough power in the battery to power the radio. After running through the options I decided to drop it off at Midas knowing they would be able to see me and allow me to leave it there. They were so friendly and understanding and so helpful. It means so much to have a car place we can trust to help us in a pinch!

I find that the team there always gives the straight story on what service is needed (or optional). We do other services in addition to regular oil changes. The technicians who perform the service work are also great.

The work that was scheduled was done exactly as I had booked it. In addition to oil change, tire rotation & coolant service I requested a brake & rotor check to troubleshoot wheel vibration. Work was completed in less than the 2hr I was expecting. Full explanation for brake & rotor work that was needed was reviewed including price for the work. I booked the next service appointment within a reasonable time & date for service that was compatible with my schedule.
