The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. They go above and beyond to help me out. I have been a customer for 2 years and I will continue to bring back my very old 2008 Acura for service whenever it needs it :-)

I informed the manager Ed that my rims were just redone and to make sure they do not damage the rims in any way. He assured me that there wouldn’t be a problem and there is a problem. They damaged every rim on the car after I just spent $800 to have all 4 rims redone. I took pics and will go on Friday 12/8 for them to see the damage. Very disappointed with the work and will tell everyone I know not to go to this or any Midas to get their tires or any work done. I’m hoping they don’t give me any problems when I go in on Friday to show them.

Midas ripped me off by charging $36 for changing each bulb and I ended up in paying $72 for just labor. I never recommend anyone going to midas for these simple things.

Did not inflate tires as required after wheel balancing and tire rotation. They completed the checklist as inflated to a maximum tire pressure while the tire pressure dashboard light remained.
