I needed urgent help because I was losing air from my rear right tyre and it was getting late in the day. I drove in and explained my problem to Crystal at the Counter and Ted the technician were very receptive and started to work. Ted had my car up and very soon he found a nail in middle of the tread of the tire. He called me and showed me the problem. He gave me and estimate and set to plugging the hole. Soon my car was ready to transport my family member safely to her appointment the next day. Crystal and Ted were supportive. The bill was exactly what was stated. Additional the office area and the various bays were lean and neatly organized even though it was towards the end of the day.i did thank them verbally. I want to record this exceptional service both Crystal and Ted delivered warmly and professionally to my family at our moment of urgent need for expert diagnosis of major problem and correcting it efficiently and economically.

I brought in my second car that hasn't been running in over two years. Since the people at my local Midas have been the only ones working on the car, they know it inside and out. I TRUST my local Midas (Gene is a great guy!) - he's never steered me wrong with this car. Even though it cost a pretty penny to get the car up and running again (it's a 17 year old car with 196,000 miles on it), it is running like a car half its age. I can't even imagine taking this car or my newer car anywhere else for service.

Our car broke down on a Friday night and we called Friday before this location closed to determine if they could look at the car on Saturday. The staff stated that they could and we had our car towed there on Friday evening. We received a call Saturday morning to inform us of the repair and cost and the car was fixed that day. This was very important to us since my wife works at a hospital and was scheduled to work the next 7 days straight. This turn around was very important to us.
Crystal was great, friendly and very accommodating. The mechanic was rushed explaining why a rear brake job would cost $950. I had to ask very specific questions to find out exactly what that entailed. Cost was way too high for this job.

I was looking for a standard state emissions test. After inquiring online, I received a call from Midas telling me their available times and when I could come in. Within minutes of my arrival, my car was taken into the garage. The work was completed before I even settled into my seat. I was beyond satisfied with my service.
All of the employees are extremely nice and professional, yet easy to talk to. They explain the service needed without trying to upsell or push anything additional. They're also friendly and make me feel well taken care of.
I left again with the unfortunate feeling that i was tolad that my car needs $2000 in necessary repairs that maybe it doesn’t really need.

As has happened before, the technician changed my display settings in order to view my tire pressures, but did not restore the display as it was. I find that inconsiderate.
Every 5th oil change is free. Also cleaned out debris from air cleaner and inspected filter. Checked tire pressure. Total cost was zero!
