It would be unfair of me to blame your mechanic for a minor issue which was not his fault, but here goes. The message on the dashboard showing a wrench and inspect oil couldn’t be removed after you changed the oil and filter because no one knew how to do it. My husband learned how on YouTube. No big deal, but what happened as a result of trying to remove it on your end was your mechanic innocently set off signal which is a bell that goes off alerting me I am driving 20 mph when I get to that speed. It started as soon as I left your shop. Every time I stop and drive again I get the bell at 20 mph. Apparently it’s a feature that you can set at any speed, not necessarily at 20 mph. Who needs this? I don’t. If you believe you can adjust this I would come in, otherwise I am happy with you service for quality and price.

April 9, 2,022 Although the associate provided a verbal explanation of the courtesy check performed on the vehicle. The written report I got, was hard to read, and some omissions. I got the impression that the inspection was done in a hurry. Also the information on the sales receipt. Indicates the service was done for an older vehicle I no longer own. The year and VIN # on the receipt are incorrect.

The people working are always friendly and helpful. The work is usually done in a timely manner.
