I spent $2300 on repairs that have not completely fixed the problem. The car shakes WORSE now than it did before and still squeals. How about, FIX THE PROBLEM. I can't believe their mechanic could not feel the shaking when he drove the car. I was told it was driving great.

Appointments are easy to make; work is done quickly and efficiently; employees are always friendly and honest.

Was not happy, picked up my car after having a new battery installed, total price $288.00. Got in car, no radio or screen. Went back inside for service, no associate wd even come out to my car to look at the error message I was getting. Person kept telling me we don’t reset radios. We can not take the time, told to bring my car back after sending $288.00. They did not even give me the courtesy of coming to look. I was not happy at all. Took my car to another auto service. A woman came from behind the desk went to my car, looked at the error message, pressed a button and I had my screen back & my radio. It took her about 2mins to set my radio & I didn’t even have my service from her. The men at Midas wd not even do that. As few as 2mins. No more will I take my car to Midas, nor will I recommend them.

Baby informative and courteous staff

I had gone in Saturday, which was the busiest day and Aldo had explained to me. I had voiced some concerns about my previous visit. Aldo asked me to return Monday, and gave me his personal assurance that he would make things right... and absolutely did on every level! He is a stellar associate, and I'm happy to claim Midas and his location as my primary service location for anything needed to my vehicle that is available through Midas at that location! :)

Been Taking my Cars to Midas ever since I stated to Drive A Total of 52 Years. What was Replaced on my car was the original Parts The Car its self is 10 Years old so the part had a good Run!!! The manager lied to my wife and told her the only engine filter they had cost $183. Yea an engine filter. Also cost $271 for an engine and cabin air filter.

Problem was explained thoroughly what parts were needed and a very difficult part to find was found and installed

They had no problem diagnosing my problem and fixing it.

Fantastic staff. Quickly serviced my vehicle and explained the state of my brakes and filters. Looked over entire vehicle and performed a tire rotation at no additional charge. Found a few concerns and was able to quickly replace the parts and get me back on the road. Great staff great service great value!

This appointment was a disappointment all other service was great but this day I was told my water pump and transmission is goi g out and it will cost me around $10,000 for repairs so I went somewhere else to get it checked he found that my problem is three Pulleys need to be charge which one is causing the noisy sound after changing the Pulleys the noise stop and the car is back driving well.

I scheduled an oil change during my lunch hour. The mechanic made sure that my car was finished quickly and Eric at the front desk was exceptionally polite and thorough. I felt that the entire staff took care of my car with genuine concern and honesty.
