Scheduled an oil change and emissions test. Both were completed with a minimal amount of time (about 40 minutes). All went well with no issues. Scheduling was done to get me into the shop within a day or two of when I called, they got my truck into and started working on it upon my scheduled appointment and completed the work when expected.

I was told that I needed a completely new engine even though there’s only 56,000 miles on it and it was going to be a $12,000 jobI brought my car to a garage that specializes in engines and it was fixed in two days for $300.I am extremely disappointed in the information they gave me and the fact that I had to call every couple days to get an update on my car. I never once got a call directly from them without me having to call first and every time he just kept saying we don’t know what’s wrong with it. We think it’s going to need a new engine

I scheduled my appointment in person two days prior for both an oil change & tire rotation. On the day I arrived for the appointment 8/24 @ 3pm, I was told by the woman at the front desk that I only scheduled an oil change. I explained I was in 2 days prior & spoke to her directly & she scheduled the appointment. The problem I had as a customer is that she rolled her eyes at me then when another female service manager walked by she rolled her eyes again while we were talking. She was rude and when I asked at the end if it is confirmed that I will get both services addressed, she grabbed the receipt/vehicle report and showed it to me by aggressively putting it in front of my face a foot away and pointing aggressively with here other finger. Upon my return to pay & pick up the vehicle, she was rude again by being short and rudely & sarcastically saying “thank you for your business today” without looks at me. I worked in retail for over 10 years in my life in a management role. This is not someone I would want caring for my customers & representing my business.
I wish the tent was still out in the parking lot with the chairs because I don't sit inside with other people while I'm waiting for my car. Covid isn't over with yet. The picnic table is rotting away.

Efficient service, too early to tell how the muffler will hold up. This is the third time replacing it.
Car has failed emissions and Midas explained to me what had to be done to fix the problem. They Located the leak and fixed it promptly. The price was a lot lower than other repair shops. I was very satisfied with customer service.
