I am not sure why I’m not highly satisfied.

I could see myself returning if I felt that the manager was honest. In the time that I sat there I witnessed him scold employees for not upselling and/or being honest. This same manager told bold faced lies to me and was dismissive when I called him on it. I witnessed him do this to employees and to customers.

The wrong belt was ordered 3 times for my 2016 Hyundai Elantra se. I spent alot of time at Midas in the last 2 days. Overall my experiences at Midas I'd top notch but frustrated at the belt situation

Prices and labor was outrageous. I had cheaper prices quoted to me from a dealer!

The attitude of staff. Improved customer service and explanation of options. Cleanliness of the waiting room and restroom. Painting in wait area is bad and the chairs were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Televisions were off but, the heat was on.

Labor was very expensive... I don't think they calculate labor correctly. The communication was TERRIBLE. I asked them to let me know when it's ready for me to pick up. I asked them to send over the details/forms via email, they said they did. I never got it. I asked numerous times, nothing. I called and asked if my car was ready 3x. last time, they said "umm we don't have your car here".. WHAT!?... then finally he said "oh we found it".. what is he talking about! how can they lose a car!? they shouldn't scare customers like that. but positive thing about this place is the location and they were QUICK.

I would’ve liked more communication from staff on the condition of my vehicle and the service that was done. I still don’t know if I got conventional oil or a blend, I didn’t get a sticker or any communication about when I need to come for an oil change next, and the staff overall seemed tired and not very interested in helping me. They appropriately serviced my vehicle and the price wasn’t bad, but I’ll probably be looking somewhere else for next time.

Staff was pleasant and informative. They didn't make me wait all day for my service. They found the problem quickly and fixed it and didn't try to sell me any other products!

You could improve friendliness. I had a coupon for an oil change and the Midas employee without even saying hi just said THOSE COUPONS DONT WORK HERE. He did not even look at the coupon I printed it from your website.

They call me when my car was ready

They tried charging me $1097 for “completely necessary” AC repair. I found another shop in DC that gave a quote for the same exact service for $750. And they also said Midas was trying to rip me off with how many hours of labor they were going fo charge.

I made an appointment online easily. I arrived early for my appointment, my car was serviced at the stated time, and the work was done promptly. I appreciate the efficiency of this location. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I took my car in to have one tire looked at, but ultimately ended up replacing all four tires (which I knew I needed soon anyways). They provided different options for new tires at varying price points and offered to place my spare on if I wanted to purchase tires elsewhere. I appreciated that they weren't trying to upsell me but rather genuinely help me out. Would definitely recommend this location.

Recommended I get spark plugs even though I had recently changed my spark plugs. Luckily I knew what my car needed if not I would have been out a lot of money.

They forced me to get the coolant system flushed but later realized that it wasn't the coolant system that was the problem. Over 800 spent meanwhile offering me one piece of advice, yet listing several problems with the vehicle. Never once did someone suggest a progression on repairs (i.e. Fix this now, then this etc ).
