I only issue is that I was quoted a price of $192 for my air conditioner service, and after signing my agreement they came back within 5 min telling me that it would in fact be $400 because a different AC system that my vehicle actually had required a higher cost servicing. This felt a lot like a bait and switch. After later researching what they had told me, I realized that they were correct. Still, it would have been a better experience if they had researched my vehicle before quoting a price.

needed a flat tire repaired and when they got it off the car they found out that a utility knife blade had sliced through the tire and the belts. they came out to explain it to be then went to see if they had a new tire in stock which they did. then they came out to tell me what it would cost and I told them to go ahead. the only thing I was disappointed with was the price of the tire. I thought that $100 just for the tire was a little much but what could I do needed the car.

Inflation has killed everything so I understand that but was quoted for hardware, flush, rotors, and front hoses for the price of $1800. That's half the price of a whole used car I could buy for no major caliper, pads, or bearing issues. I can get upper grade parts of everything told needed replacing for $212 oem parts. That's absolutely absurd labor an part upcharges. That's coming from a retired disabled fleet mechanic.

Jesse Uhelsky was AMAZING from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. She was friendly, understanding, and frequently communicated any updates and pertinent information during our wait. In addition, an associate brought out a box of side walk chalk for my 4 year old daughter to play with while we waited. He also let her take the used chalk home in a zip lock bag. The waiting area and bathroom were both clean, and there was a small fridge full of bottled water for us to enjoy. Overall, we had an EXCELLENT experience. THANK YOU!

The cost to have a maintenance package completed was 99.99 minus a 20 coupon, so 79.99. I checked the bill when I got home and they charged 89.99 plus a environmental fee. Part of this service was to rotate the tires, inflate tires top up fluids, etc. I got the car back and the left rear tire that was underinflated by 3 - 4 lbs was still under inflated and in the same location, so they did not inflate the tire or competed the tire rotation. also, I was tracking my mileage for business reasons and for some reason the technician erased the mileage tracker A and B. The owner who checked me in because he counter help was late was awesome, the counter help (as gentleman and lady) that I dealt with on the way out (a gentleman) told me I needed tires, I told him I will look at changing soon, after he heard that he just walked away...said nothing like he needed the commission on the sale or something. Then on the check out he was completely unfriendly.
I will never go to this location or a midas again after my one and only appointment. I have an 8 am appointment thinking I'm first in line you just opened. Then I wait an hour and 40 minutes. That's ridiculous I'll never be back. Good job you scammed me of $95 for a full synthetic oil change.
I am having an issue after the 1st visit. I brought it back and thought he fixed the problem but I'm still having an issue.
As previously stated, I received a quote for front shock absorbers on my truck. They broke it down showing price for parts and labor. Finally, we scheduled a convenient time for me to have the work done. I arrived at the designated time, and the job was completed faster than I expected. The technician made a point of showing me the underside of my vehicle while doing a check to see if there were any other visible problems. After paying my bill I left and was on my way home, when I received a phone call telling me that I had left my water bottle. I appreciated the call and went immediately back to get it. Most other places would have just thrown it out but I thought it was good that I got called instead. Thank You.

Just said go somewhere else. Also she made it sound like the inspection of the exhaust was free over the phone. But when I get to the shop she tells me it's $25 dollars just to put it on the lift. What a rip off!

My van was in the shop for 1/1/2 days. The work should have been done in 1day as promised. Also, I experienced a huge gas leak a couple of days later. The gas line wasn't properly connected to the engine intake.

The staff at this location are some of the best in customer service I have ever experienced with a car repair shop! Second time here (I am from out of town), and they always go above and beyond to help. Sal helped me this time and he was very quick to respond and take care of my tire warranty and replace my tire.

The price to replace a broken valve stem is too high, IMO.
The problem is Jessie who works the desk. I called days in advance and spoke with a gentleman. I told him that due to my health condition I was currently undergoing treatments twice and three times a week through Jan. I explaiined that I needed an oil change and new tires. I explained that I was across the street from him when I called and could bring the car by so that he could order the appropriate tires so that when I brought the car in I could get everything done in one day, in one visit. He told me that would not be necessary. that they would get me in and out fast. They even gave me a ride back home in the morning. However it all changed when Jessie entered all of my information in when I arrived for my appt. She never really listened to me. She placated me and pretended to listen. She was smug and condescending. Then she called me later in the day and told me to pick up my car and she would let me know when to bring it back for the tires. WHAT?! I tried to explain to her in several ways that I could not come back, that I had taken great measures to ensure that I was in and out in one day. She was rude. She left me a nasty VM when I cancelled my follow up service. She was rud

I was getting an oil change but that day I had a heater hose that started leaking water. I went to the dealership and purchased the hose because I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I watched the process involved in changing the hose and it took only minutes from start to finish. ( one tool was required: a pair of long needle nose pliers which I also purchased that morning). I was hoping I could have that put on at the same time and was prepared to pay for it. Unfortunately that was not going to happen. I was taken aback with the price I was quoted which was three times the amount of the oil change. $189.00 Instead I went home and my boyfriend did it with my one till in about 10 minutes total

The front desk took my problem referred it to the service area and the work was started immediately The person at the desk (Jesse) was great. The owner (John) was so pleasant .The whole process was first class.
The tech decided to remove a support arm on the underside of my convertible that made the him take extremely long time to change the oil. This support has not been removed by any other place I have had my oil changed before. This was a costly error.It may be your policy to check the cabin air filter, but it being behind the glove compartment caused the tech to remove everything in my glove box including the shelf and did not put everything back, including the shelf. He also removed a panel from the console on the passenger side that I had to ask to have it put back.The service rep told me that they were not going to rotate my tires (should have been included with the oil change) even though I asked to have it done.
I travel 17 miles to get great service and I will continue to do so.

We had a lot of laughs. I ended up getting a lot of things done on my car which was good because it was needed. The owner John was very accommodating and made sure I was satisfied. I did like my experience at this Midas location. The corner of 69th St. and E. Bay Dr.

Well if you charge for an oil change and tire rotation and charge 96$ and then you don't do a tire rotation, you should refund the money for not doing a tire rotation. Outrageous for an oil change

The oil change was supposed to take 60 minutes But my oil change took 2 hours 2 hours and 45 minutes The manager explained to me that she was Shorthanded So I do not hold her responsible That being said 2 hours and 45 minutes is a long time for a oil change I have no ill will for manager She did everything she could to expedite My oil change This is the 2nd time I've been at the store and the 1st time I have had a problem I will go again for my next service But if this happens again I will need to find a different Company for my oil change
Midas charge 1.405 .55 to remove and replace starter on the Tundra 2011 5.7 I think this is excessive price . They charger 6 hours labor to replace the starter , that is supposed be between 2-4 hours

Front desk girl (Nikki) or (Jesse) I forgot was extremely thorough with me and made me feel at ease. John was a huge help when I stopped in today. I plan on using them in the future
The staff at this location were incredibly kind, helpful, and honest! Assisted me with repairing my tire which had a nail in it, but what really struck me was how much they were willing to help get the road hazard warranty coverage I had purchase at another Midas in SC corrected, and after spending time figuring that out, tech pulled the nail out and saw it did not actually puncture the tire, so no repair or replacement needed. There is no doubt that many other shops may not have been so helpful and honest. Thank you to the staff at this location! And a big bonus was the set up of squirrel feeders the owner set up just outside the window of the waiting area..what an awesome way to spend the time there!

I only use that Midas because I totally trust them... The owner John and they people that work for and with him are extremely honest and friendly.... I would definitely recommend them to any one I know

Went for a flat tire. Left only paying for a patched tire. This is an honest, reputable business. The owner is heavily involved which makes me feel comfortable knowing he cares about service and customer satisfaction.
