Tell your technician that a tire alignment does not require new tires. I am a certified mechanic for over 30 years and I know it doesn’t require new tires to do a front wheel alignment. The person that is doing your work is trying to take advantage of people with less knowledge. Terrible practice I will post to Facebook about this.

Car drop off was at 745am and appointment was for 8am. I needed car to be out by 10am LATEST as wife needs vehicle for work. I informed the staff and considering drop off was well over 2hrs in advance I was told that's plenty of time. I didn't end up getting my car back til 1020am which only happened because I was in the waiting room telling staff I need to go now.Just don't know what the car was doing just sitting there for 2 hrs since my vehicle oil change I can do in my garage in less than 15min oil filter change and all.

I’ve been going to Midas with both my cars for a while now and I love dealing with the service manager and the mechanics. They try to the best of their ability to explain to me in detail what is wrong with my cars. Sometimes I’m not too pleased with the prices I’m being charged but their professionalism kinda win out in the end.

Woke up on Sunday morning in a car wouldn’t start so I have it towed to coral Springs Midas. It’s a little out of my way, but I trust the staff, great technicians, and most importantly I trust them. Doesn’t matter if I deal with the owner one of the managers I always get treated well the office was recently remodeled and looks great. Hopefully only have to go back to maintenance but I know that they’re in emergency.
I always get quick service when I call. Ameer is always friendly and quick getting me in and out fast every time. Ricardo is always available to work on my car and does a great job always. I’m treated like royalty and I’ll always keep coming back. The whole staff is great.
When I left and returned home I realized that I had been given the wrong paperwork. The tire pressure warning light was on and I asked that the tires be checked including the spare and was told that they were including the spare. When I received the vehicle back the tire pressure warning light was still on. I was told that it would go out after driving it for 5 miles. It did not go out. I checked the tire pressure in the spare and found that it was at 20 psi. It had not been checked. After putting air in the spare, I reset the tire pressure sensor and the warning light went out. I returned to the store and told the manager about my experience. He was very nice and said that he would refund what I had spent to fix one of the tires. As of today I have received no notification of the refund after being told that he would e-mail to me the receiipt.

I brought the vehicle in for an oil change as the "check engine light" was coming on. I was going to wait on the service, but changed my mind when I was told that it would take 2 hours. I requested my keys back and said that I would return first thing in the morning. I returned in the morning at 7:30. It was Saturday and you didn't open until 8:00. There was a person in the office, but he wouldn't let me give him the keys so I left them in the drop box. I returned in the afternoon and picked up the vehicle. I was charged $95.84 for the oil change. There was an additional fee for turning off the "check engine light". You have also serviced my 2004 BMW, and never charged me for turning off the "Service Engine Soon" light. The "check engine light" came back on yesterday, so I am going to bring it back in today and ask you to trun it off again, and I don't expect to be charged for that service.

Online system wasn’t connected to local store so I had to follow up to figure out if my appointment was confirmed. Store does not offer some of the technological advances offered at other Midas stores I’ve visited. For instance, other stores give an electronics diagnostic report with photos. This store did not have such capabilities.

I called in advance for tires. They gave me an appointment and they had to tire there when I arrived. The service was fast and efficient. I had my 15 year old autistic son with me they let them put. What do you want on television use the computer all in all very friendly and kind completely satisfied with the shop but I had a difficult time with Midas this credit card company I apply for a credit card several days before and both I and the Manager tried but were Unsuccessful. I have a firestone, card That I was able to get on the spot, but I was not happy with your service.

Previous times were ok, but this time went in for alignment. After it was done, my car was still shifting left and driving horribly. I went back and they told me within 2-3 weeks it would settle. After a couple days of things getting worst, I went to another mechanic. They found both thyroids completely loose. Thank God, I went there and got it taken care of because Midas really screwed me up on this one. I could've lost control of the car at any time.

Was disappointed with my overall experience. Appointment was at 1:00, had to wait until 1:45 until they took the car back. Place was empty. The work went well enough, whole thing took an hour and a half. Came back to a big dent in drivers door that was certainly not there before. Did not confront them, not worth it to make accusations I could not prove. Had to pay $$ to have it repaired. Next time, Ill just cough up the extra to have it repaired by the professionals at the dealer.
