Mac is the friendliest Midas dude EVER! I pulled in the lot, handed my keys to some guy, said "my brakes sound terrible and I'm scared to drive it the rest of the way to work so I'm gonna get an UBER, here's my info, call me later". Mac called me shortly after, told me the $, emailed me a detailed bill, and all 4 brake pads, 2 callipers, some roters, and 3 brake flushes were all complete within 4 hours. They were CRAZY busy that day too so it's not like they were bored. Maybe they moved me to the front of the line because of my Instamodel status.?.

Stop charging for the same problem over and over again. I expect my vehicle to be fixed not have to bring it back for the same problem and be charged over and over again.

Mack quoted me $2600 to replace the fuel pump in a Dodge Charger 2013.. you can look online anywhere and you’d figure that’s it’s a ripoff.. he dropped it to $2000 when I complained but I called a mechanic friend and they advised to tow it somewhere else .. went to another place and got the car repaired for $1000 with guarantee

When I called to make my appointment and when I arrived, I spoke with and dealt with Mack. He was extremely friendly, kind, respectful, knowledgable and helpful. In addition to my alignment, I requested that my back passenger tire be looked at- I was out of town and another facility had put a patch on it. Mack informed me that the only way to check the tire was to break the lug nuts and replace them. I was able to bring my car back to the original location that created the problem. Without Mack, I wouldn't have known that the other facility's employee had made such a mistake. I appreciate the customer service he provided and by doing so, he helped this single mom of three save money that I honestly don't have to waste on someone's negligence. Thank you so much Mack!!
