Do not presume the customer is ignorant regarding the service requested. I was told my tires could not be rotated because they are worn. The tires have 35k miles and they’ve rotated since the vehicle was new. They have plenty of tread left. I had them rotated at a Tire Kingdom later that day.

My car broke down while putting gas. I first went to advance auto parts for they can go and check it did me since they were right in front of BJ?s and the were very cold and didn?t want to help even though I was in tears with my 18 month old baby in hands. I went to Midas and Jorge (manager) right away sent Sebastian to jump start my car. They were both very empathic and professional. I needed a battery replacement and Sebastian took care of it right away. Jorge was very understand of the unexpected situation and gave a discount rate on the new battery. Great service was provided. I noticed extra care to the tire mounting on the rims which I had never experienced anywhere else. Lubrication was applied, test-driven to check for proper results from tire ride. This Midas by far has gone above and beyond expectations.
