I've been a loyal customer of Midas for over two years now, consistently visiting their Lake Worth location. During this time, I've bought tires twice, along with getting an oil change and new brakes installed. Whenever my SUV had issues, instead of heading straight to Mercedes and facing exorbitant charges, I relied on Midas for their diagnostic services. The staff at Midas has always been professional and friendly, making each visit pleasant. In fact, when I swing by this Friday for another oil change, I plan on treating them to lunch as a token of appreciation. It's important to note that my motivation for sharing this experience isn't the watch being offered, but rather my genuine satisfaction with Midas' service.

I came in with a used Mini-Cooper I bought 3 months ago that had a slow like in the drivers side rear tire. Took it in for a tire inspection. In 15 min, they took me into the garage, with the car on the lift and pointed out all the problems wit all the tires.Two hours later I left with a new set of tires and it now rides like a new car with a lot less road noise.

first jordan is an outstanding employee and was very pleasant to deal with, cant say that enough. and hope that he is his money returned to him for paying for the oil change. now sean on the other hand, needs training in customer service. very rude to cuustomers, and really should be in charge when he cant answer questions ot even know certain things about vechiles. my son asked him if they were going to make sure after the tires were rotated that they will be reset, he said your car doesnt have that opition. my son told him it does that he just put on the new tires last week before we made the road trip of 2000 miles. he was very rude and then asked my son why he didnt do a oil change if he changed the tires. and then preceeded to say with a laugh he didnt even have a lift. well first of all he is a certified deisel mechanic in illinois, and knows what he is talking about. and 2nd who is he to question anything about my oil change. now jordan on the other hand needs to be praised on now he handle sean being a rude employee

The general manager refused to state that he was the manager in charge. When I asked him, he stated “maybe” that is not an answer, especially from a business leader. Another woman entered behind I asking the same in which he gave her the same response and laughed. If you have cameras, I suggest review the interactions. Was this due to us being female? Is this is normal behavior and if so this is disgusting. I suggest a division leader step in and review his terrible , unprofessional service.
I went at 8am that morning expecting to be late to work waiting for a lil change, but Jordan helped me right away after I explained my situation he was able to help me and a big thank you to Ismael who did my oil and also showed me great customer service. oops, this is my 3rd review but i’ll say it again, best oil change experience, ever. recently moved down here and am disabled so finding a job has been hard, and i roll up without an appointment and in need of an oil change. turns out, i DEFINITELY need full synthetic for my car, and i quickly realized i wasn’t gonna quite make it with my bank account. jordan came through and really understood my situation and found a coupon to knock the price down to help me out. everyone there was just as down to earth and cool, real people and real genuine interactions. didn’t feel like some corporate automated transaction. i will be returning next oil change.

Coupon online stated $50 full synthetic oil change, which is a joke because I was charged $85. Like $17 for an oil filter for a 2013 Highlander that's crazy and very misleading advertising. I realize there could have been a upcharge for a little more oil but to charge almost $20 for a filter which is understood to be needed in an oil change is excessive. I came in for savings and left feeling like I got suckered as I drove out of my way to come there. And another reason I'm dissatisfied is the associate had the opportunity to tell me beforehand bc I mentioned the coupon and he downplayed it as all it'll come off at the end, but he knew that it was going to be way more expensive than $50 and he should have let me know on the front end. Next time I'm going to Valvoline quick oil change because it's 15 minutes and the same price with coupon, got me once but not again, took like a hour.
I called the evening before to see if they would have the parts for my brakes. Jordan not only informed me that they did but as soon as I get there that he would get me in. They did just that. I was there about 845a and out about 1045a for inspection, brakes front and back, and oil change. All that with no appointment. Impressive!

the 3 mechanics Ish, Jeff and Frank were superb in servicing my car and explaining, showing and giving advice. Enrique at the front desk didn't tell me about the extra $4 charge when I made appt. and then when my filter didn't fit they sold me one for $27 and gave me no choice. I saw that the same one sold for $13 online. oh well. Then when there might have been an oil leak though not sure...I was told the part was $25 but the labor would be $1500! I didn't do it and don't think I needed it.

They left some screws off from the muffler install. Somehow they also made a puncture in the radiator. My father is an experienced mechanic. He didn’t do the job (catalytic converter) because he does not have a rise for the vehicle. He did check it once we got home and he found the issues stated above. This was my first time at a Midas and honestly I will never go back.

i DON'T THINK THERE IS ANYTHING, tHE FATC OF THE MATTER IS THAT THE SUPERVISOR CHECKED MY CARE TOLD ME THAT i NEED 2 SENSORS NOTHING MORE AND GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR $532. AFTER IT WAS DONE NOW HE SAYS THE ABS MODULE IS BAD WHICH MEANS THE SENSORS HE REPLACED WAS NOT THE ISSUE IT WAS THE MODULE. i WAS NEVER CREDTED FOR THE SENSORS AND THE SUPERVISOR DID NOT TRY TO FIX THE MODULE THEY TOOK THE CAR OUT OF THE WORK AREA AND TOLD ME THATS ALL THEY CAN DO. NEVER CALLED NO CREDIT FOR THE SENSORS, DID NOT TRY TO GET ME THE MODULE NOTHING. THE MIDAS SUPERVISOR WAS JUST IMCOMPETENT TO HANDLE THE MATTER WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY TO ME AS A CUSTOMER.

My truck had a big issue with the front wheel bearings and every local mechanic shop said they wouldn’t be able to “take a look” at my truck until a week later. I really needed my truck since it’s my daily drive truck everywhere. I came across Midas and the service member Sean, immediately said coke in right now and we’ll get your truck serviced and ready for pickup within a few hours. I went in Friday morning at 9:30 am and was out by 12 noon. I am very satisfied with the amount of work they completed in such a short time.

Bad experience, I went for an oil change yesterday, 09/12/22 at your Greenacres, Fl. location. I had the coupon for the $24.99 oil change and tire rotation. At the store I handed the man my coupon and sated I do not need the tires rotated.I sat down and about ten minutes later, as he was going to get my car he said synthetic ,right? I said yes. When my car was done he said that will be $80.62. I said the coupon was for $24.99? He then stated I requested Synthetic, not Synthetic blend, I said I gave you the coupon up front, if there was a change of more than triple the coupon, you should have said something! He never mentioned the difference between the two or explained why one was better and that the cost included a $20.00 discount. I told him when I came in I gave you the coupon, you did not ask me than what I wanted!I really feel I was taken advantage of and disappointed with my visit at Midas.

I have been a customer of this location for about 12 years. I have brought all of the cars I have owned here but the manager commented that he thought this was the first time I had been there. Secondly I had to tell them I thought I had a leak when just a month prior I had been there getting an oil change. How did they miss oil all over the engine in their supposed 10 point inspection and how was I never told that I had an after market valve cover that could be the cause. I have had nothing but issues with this location including fixing an issue a couple of months ago that as soon as I got into my car to leave and drove less than a mile to find out the same problem I was having was still happening. It was a complete misdiagnosis and had to return to the store to be issued a refund of over $300. People rely on places like yours to help make sure their cars are in good working order not to have MAJOR mistakes like this to be made.
Tech found a bubble on my right front tire which might have caused a blow out. They ordered me a tire, called when it arrived and I brought the car right away for it to be replaced.

Service was great. This was a return trip. Wrong tires were installed initially. Four regulars tires were installed that should have been the more expensive run flat tires (which is what was purchased). Facility explained tire manufacturer was the cause of the confusion. In the end Adam did a great job correcting the situation.

Adam, did a good job explaining in detail as to what needed done, he told me price up front. After getting a price of 250.00 for the work needed done, I was shocked to end up paying 500 plus because the mechanic working on the car exhaust broke both Oxygen sensors and needed to be replaced. After paying for the repairs and leaving two days later I get a check engine light come on, took to garage and found out the mechanic had failed to replace the exhaust gaskets on manifold.
