As always great service, fast, and efficient. Came in without an appointment and they were able to get me taken care of even though it was busy.

Went in because I seen a nail in my tire and found out I had multiple. Was expecting to buy a tire but luckily none of them punctured. They could have easily sold me a tire but instead they were honest made sure it was all good and got me out FREE. Will definitely be back for future needs.

My serpentine belt was replaced by Midas then fell off less than a week later. I had to get it towed to another shop to get the job done

I had previously been to another Midas location in which the owner became frustrated with the inability to fix my problem and suggested that I go back to the town (Midas) where the original work was done. This location’s employees were very cordial.

He spoke directly to the claims department and was able to help me get everything resolved and fixed. Both gentleman were very talkative and communication was great! They explained in detail all the things that needed attention! The service techs are great to find out all the issues to prevent breakdown of your vehicle. Gentleman up front give you the problems and are not pushy to complete the services unless you ok them.

Came in only because an engine light came on at end of my work shift. After I called RJ at shop he told me to come in. Ran the diagnostic and I requested rear driver side lights to be replaced while I was there. Went home a happy camper.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change and brake inspection. Changed the oil and then showed my where the tires were showing where the alignment was off. Got it all done and really like the 20.00 synthetic oil change and the 99.00 alignment special. I will definitely be back to get all 4 of my vehicles services. I would really like a fleet option for multiple vehicles to save some money.

I paid for the oil change, of which I have no comment, but they did a general inspection that was of no use to me, since they did not remove any tires in order to verify and give a more accurate diagnosis.

It's was a no hassle appt

People were great. Seemed like they cared and explained problem.

I went in for a tire replacement. They also did an oil change. I replaced two tires and they were supposed to reconnect some wires, but that never happened because they did not get the correct part from the "dealer" aka AutoZone. I left the lot and my a/c was running warm while idle. They were supposed to call me when the connectors came in, but never did. I called them to let them know about the A/C and they stated I declined the service. The service was never mentioned to me. They wanted to charge me. NO. My A/C was working fine before their hands got on my vehicle.

They did a good Job and the Price was good .

The tech did not properly secure the top for the air filter. When my wife tried to drive the car the next morning it ran extremely rough and sounded like the engine was about to die. She thought she was going to have to call a tow truck. Fortunately I was able to figure out the problem and correct it. Had it happened a little later, after she had gotten out of the driveway it could have been very expensive. As it was, it upset her a great deal.

I am a repeat customer and always experienced very cordial service. i do not take my auto any where else , nor do I plan to in the future.

I knew I had a loose shock on theFR. I asked them to check it while the tires were being balanced. While the tech was working on the LF I was told o needed a pitman arm and an idler arm NEITHER WERE NEEDED. They never looked at the right shock which was my check to see if they could be trusted. Failed. Vehicle has 10,000 miles on it. Scam. Obviously I just got the balance. Feel sorry for anyone who knows nothing about their vehicle.

I brought my car b in for a total front end rebuild. Absolutely nothing wrong with the back. And got it back with back rotor scraping just spent 5000 now it's gonna be another 500. They say they didn't touch the back. But they just put 4 new tires on. They had to have touched it to get tire on. I absolutely am positive that there was not a rotor problem when I brought ìt in atleast not with the back end. I don't understand why now there's a problem. I understand I'm a young female but literally should have found those problem when doing the alignment . Or anything to do with the rest of the car not wait till I pay then tell me it's another problem definitely not going back to them

We called on a Saturday with our car having trouble starting. Tarek told us to come in even though it was 2 pm on Saturday! He got us in right away and the diagnosis was we needed an alternator, not just a simple battery change like we thought. Tarek called our extended warranty company and took care of everything. We picked up our car on Tuesday and it has ran great ever since!! We are so happy to go somewhere without worry..
