The guys were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and they sold me what the car needed, not what they would have wanted to sell me if they were looking for a higher-dollar ticket. Also extremely impressed that they're willing to install owner-sourced parts, should I ever choose to go that route.

They greeted me promptly and gave me a price on what I had to do and it was a short wait time since I was one of the first ones there.

I dropped my car off shortly after opening. There were lots of cars and a few people already in the waiting area. I though that my service was going to take all day. The associate took my info and said he would contact me when he did the inspection. I was supposed on how quickly he got back to me. He told me what they identified and gave me recommendations. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service and the straightforwardness. Obviously, I gave the 4 stars on the value because no one likes to spend that kind of money. $771 for front and rear brake pads and front rotors. Not exactly happy with the price but happy with the service.

Went to Melbourne Fl. Something happen to right front tire, pulling. Bought my tires at Bradenton FL so made appt directly with Midas in Melbourne fl. 4480 S Babcock st, Melbourne, 32901. Went directly the next morning to ask about tires, they should be replaced for free. They told me straight out that I should NOT worry, would be able to drive back across state safely to my home store. On the way home, tire blew out in the middle of no where. Due to diligence of tow driver and closes local tire store, I had to pay for tow and two new tires (Approx $700) out of pocket that should NOT have happened. SO angry. The tow driver, and He will testify, said the tires were so bad that they should have NEVER let me out of the store. I was unsafe!! My home store was wonderful to me and called the Melbourne store and they did not care that I was in an accident at all. My home store manager is wonderful but the Melbourne store should be shut down. I am out $700 and was stranded for 4 hours in the middle of no where. Very unhappy customer.

Juan was incredible. Very professional and friendly and was patient and understanding. Very customer service oriented. Made an appointment online but didn't hear anything after an hour, so I called and Juan was 5/5 on the phone and 10/10 in person helping me out.

Took my car in for an oil change. $24.54 for a air filter and a rear turn signal lamp that cost 30.00 labor. The total bill was $93.70. After being a customer for 14 years I would think that you could change a light bulb with out charging $30.00 for labor.
