Very friendly and I did not seem rushed to make a decision. I didn’t feel pressure and everything was broken down for me. For someone like me who doesn’t understand mechanical, it was nice of the staff to take the time to break it down.

midas replaced convertor and muffler for 968.00. rounded hex off of my o2 sensor so midas just put a plug in new convertor and said good luck. never offered a replacement unit so i left with jeep not 100 percent.

Robert Caruso did not give quotes in a timely fashion. Dropped car off at 9am and did not receive a quote till after 4pm and then was told it was too late to do any service. I would have bought every service that was recommended and instead it wasted my whole day and am taking car to your competitor to get same services done In a timely fashion.
When I phoned to check on the status of my oil change, I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. In the meantime, I got a ride to the store and the associate was coming out of the store to check on something, totally ignoring the fact that I was still on hold. He was not apologetic and didn't seem to know what he was talking about, first telling me my car was ready, then telling me it hadn't been started yet. This was more than 2 hours after I dropped it off at the appointed time. When I asked him to have it ready in 3 1/2 hours, he replied "I'll do my best" in a very uncaring cavalier manner. I explained that that time frame gave him 6 hours for a simple oil change and I expected my car to be ready when I asked for it.
I made my appointment online and I was a bit nervous to go but Bob and Andrew were fantastic no pressure they just want to help and get you squared away it was a delightful experience and I will be returning soon for other car needs thank you gentlemen.
They were informative and let me know what was wrong with the car after it sat in the back yard for more than 5 months. Thanks to their hard work I turned a fixer upper into a working car once again.

When I opened the hood of my car the next day, a piece came off in my hand. I didn't break it, it came right off. The technician would have handled this piece in order to open the hood. I can't prove that it was broken during the service visit, but it's hard to imagine that it wasn't.

I got a conventional oil change Groupon. Was told they wouldn’t do conventional for my Toyota Corolla. You can. Then I went to get my refund from Groupon and when they called, you told them that wasn’t the case. Do the oil change or let me get my refund.

I came in unannounced with no appointment set up. I spoke with Andrew who took down my information and it took about 1 minute for him to go in the back get a tech and start the oil change on my car. In just a few minutes it was complete.

Got a good deal from a Groupon, so decided to go to Midas for my oil change. Was happy with everything, except it took a little while longer than I expected. That happens, so I’m not going to hold it against them, just my only snag in an otherwise great experience.

I have an old Jaguar XJS. Midas was not able to find a replacement starter. Andrew Wilson was fantastic and patient with me as I took the removed starter and had it rebuilt locally and returned to Midas. I am very pleased with the experience.

Manager on site was very helpful and informative. I talked to him the day before my appointment to set it up and the next day I brought it in. They pulled vehicle right in and got to work. Explained how bad the rotors were and that they needed replace that they were never done in 4 years. Also they ran into a problem with a stripped screw and he called me out to shop to show me, then another small part was broken so they ordered it from down the street. I told him I had to get going to get my daughter some where so he sent an employee to go grab part instead of waiting on delivery. Very professional! I will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone.

It took longer than 4 hours to replace rotors.
I made an appointment but it's pointless to do so because my husband still had to wait an hour. We had a coupon for a $29.99 oil change with a free tire rotation. However, the technician decided to do a full synthetic oil change instead of what the coupon covered and my husband ended up paying $85.89 AND they did not rotate our tires. Also, the Manager was cursing on the phone in front of customers while my husband was there waiting. I called to speak to them about this, however, all they wanted to do was talk over me. I asked for Corporate's number and I was put on hold for over 10 mins. I hung up and found the number online. This place is horrible and definitely scammed us. I tried telling the Manager that I was happy to pay the $29.99 plus tax (which is the coupon we had) but I will be disputing the charge since he was not willing to work with me and just wanted to curse and talk over me.

get a new manager that cares about MIDAS service and performs services as requested. do not give outrageous prices because you do not want to do the job at hand. do not tell customers that the diagnosed problem cost will not be applied to the bill instead it will cost you more unless it is a simple fix like a fuse or a bulb.
The pricing was not explained to me prior to checking in as I sat and watched everyone else. When I came I had to sit down and wait while she checked someone else and, two other people came in after me and they were checked in before I was. It wasn’t until I stood up that I receive services, they advertise a price on their website and everyone else was honored for that price, except me I sat and watch the whole thing. I was also charge a labor fee on top of that which essentially didn’t save any money and I had a coupon also

I took my truck in Lincoln MKC SUV Ecoboost in for an oil change and tire and balance and alignment if needed and was quoted $328 which was very expensive and I felt overpriced. Needless to say I did not have the service done after speaking with the tech regadring other matters concerning my truck. Also during this visit the tech lost my lock key that goes to my truck for my wheels and could not find needless to say I that I do not believe he even looked for it and that he still has it to use on someone else's truck in the near future after tearing up my truck glove box looking for it before he asked me where it even was. The manager did take off the wheel locks and ate the cost but this is beside the point and so very unprofessional. I was rushing and left in a hurry only to noticed that when I stopped it was not in my truck at all. I called they claim they would look for and it did but could not find it and I do not believe this at all nor is this conducive to how you handle business. Now I have to spend money on something that was not my fault to replace and these things cost money. I never recieved the email or pics from the so I will not be going back worse service ever.
I was from out of state and was happy to be scheduled same day. But I waited 2 hours to be told to come back the next day. The next day everything was fixed in a timely manner. The price changed from the previous day but after speaking with the tech the assistant manager honored the price I was quoted.
I expected to have a oil change and tire rotation. I was up charged for the oil change and the tire rotation was not completed because the lug nuts were "swollen" and not able to be taken off. I was told I would need to pay an extra $99 to replace all the lug nuts, however a pack of lug nuts is only $15.
Everyone was very helpful and kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle at all times. It was a nice place to wait.

Online appointments shouldn’t need to be scheduled manually by a person. Also if a customer is given an appointment time and they are there and checked in, a walk in should not have the vehicle serviced and complete before those with appointments and already waiting. Business practices and issues should be conducted in private, rather than publicly at the counter

always told up front what is going to be expected. you cant always see every little problem, but they stop and let you know when something else is found. the issues they have found have always been real and not some made up problem. though not an automotive mechanic myself, I do have some mechanical maintenance background due to my time spent in the navy. I cant say that everything is always perfect, but I can say I do not have any trust issues when I go into Midas. I have taken my cars to Midas since the 1980s and plan on continuing getting service there in the future.

Midas is only about making money. You sold an oil change on groupon only to ask for more money after the service was done. This is a very dishonest service. I will NEVER use Midas again and will tell family. friends and others about your deceptive practices.

The asst mgr didn't we explain the costs associated with the service I got. He said a bunch of numbers but NEVER EXPLAINED THE FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT DUE. I had already signed to fix the car so I was very surprised to see the FINAL TOTAL DUE. He ONLY SHOWED ME AND EXPLINED THE PART COST. I had an oil gasket that needed to be replaced.
Made an appointment took almost 2 hours past appointment time scheduled to get my truck I on the racks for my oil change they were running way behind my suggestion is to look at your scheduled appointments they all have a contact # call the customer to maybe move their scheduled appointment to a later time or even another day we all have things that come up but just a simple phone call could have kept a unhappy customer to being a happy one!
I requested a synthetic blend oil change for 29.99 plus tax,disposal fee, & shop supplies. When I got my bill it was over $61 dollars. I checked my receipt and saw I was given & charged for a full synthetic oil change I didn't ask for. When I asked the manager about it I was told my car required full synthetic oil. I told him that wasn't true. I came home & checked my owners manual. My car requires synthetic blend. It was never discussed before my oil was changed that according to Midas my Ford Edge required full synthetic.
They handled everything very smoothly. I came in to smiles on their faces and they had a great sense of humor. My oil change was professionally performed with a great inspection.

The staff was very busy but they got to me quickly and it only took a minute to schedule my appointment. Drop off was as easy as handing them my key signing 1 document and I was out the door. The estamate was for about 5 hours, but in about 3 hours I got the call and picked up my car. Work was done and everything works properly. Can't ask for more than that.

From start to finish, everything was communicated with me, they had to order my tires from a warehouse because they didn't have them in stock. In an effort to ensure that the tires arrived asap, before even knowing my situation which was being without a car because of hitting a pothole. I dropped my car off in anticipation for the tires with the hopes that they would come in and they could get the work done the same day, they had my car finished by 330 that same day!! I added an oil change and was informed I needed a cabin air filter which I also purchased. Karen (or Keri I made have heard her wrong) and Greg were both friendly and accommodating. My sister had a previous great experience with Greg which was why I even asked for the estimate. Can't say enough positive about this location!

When a customer ask to clarify a charge it should be explained in a way that doesn't conflict with the first statement so it sounds like an error or the employee is lying/ cheating the customer. Previous purchse for same work has a different cost.

I was charged for things that were not disclosed to me. I noticed after I was already home and called back for a description of what I was charged for and to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication at time of service and prior to be charged. The person I spoke with offered a free oil change on my next visit but after the call I looked up the Midas I was charged for without my permission and see that an oil change comes with it.
The price of the oil change has increased and Midas was able to provide me with a discount which was a blessing. Because currently I am unemployed and have limited funds. And we’re able to take care of my car including resetting the service message. Overall a good experience

I was quoted at the time of scheduling my appointment the price for my oil change for $54.99. I was told that price is for up to 5 quarts. I asked how many quarts my vehicle used and told 5 quarts. This was a female agent. The morning of my appointment, I called because the price was so good, I was going to schedule my other vehicle! I asked again about the price of the scheduled vehicle and was told, I believe his name was David, the same price the female agent told me, $54.99 for up to 5 quarts. Again I confirmed my vehicle took 5 quarts and again I was told "yes". When the manager gave me another price, there was a dispute. The Vehicle was towed to Midas after I specifically called and discussed the lack of breaks and if midas could do the repairs. I was told to send it inl. On the second day, I called to check on status of the repair only to be told too many codes popped so I needed to tow it to the dealership or to my house. So after $250 at home it sits.
No hidden fees or lies which is surprising given that I'm a female. Great communication between employee and customer they clearly explain what needs to be done.
