I was greeted right away with my paperwork already printed and ready for me. I didn't have to ask for a tire rotation, it was already planned. The service was very professional, efficient, timely, helpful and friendly. This is a great place for service! I will be back.

I was surprised to find out that my car should have been getting complete synthetic oil versus a blend. Now my 14 year old car with almost 100k miles is very smooth!

I didn't have any issues. I asked for specifics and got specifically what I wanted. Which was an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked for a recommendation on additional services and I was told when I come back for my next oil change what else to expect.

They didn't put oil in the car the same day I had add 4 quarts the next day I had to put 10 of the quarts then I figure out that the filter might not be closed tight I come the guy giving me attitude the truck GMC he doesn't want to hear me he said I'm open at 8 but he has the doors open and eating can't listen to me for a minute

They took good care of my vehicle, and the wait was exactly or close too what was expected. Good, honest mechanics! The install prices were great, and shop area is really nice and comfy. Definitely one of the nicest auto shops I've ever been to. (Manager-Chris) was very knowledgeable about the service requested to my SUV... I'm very satisfied with this install and will bring my vehicles here in the future for service. I highly recommend this shop because it's very hard to find auto shops these days that service vehicles with care and do not have hidden fees that take their customers to the cleaners. 5 ✨ 's for Chris and his excellent crew.

Chris Deats was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable.

It took over 2 hours for oil gasket, ignition coils and spark plugs. At most it should have taken an hour.

I was driving from Georgia to Orlando visiting family when our van broke down. From the time my husband (who stayed in GA) spoke on the phone to Chris to the time I picked it up after the service, it took a total of 3 hours. AMAZING attention to our needs and wonderful customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Staff was very courteous, if fact when I came back early he put a ruch on my car and it was done in a timely matter.

Chris helped me out as soon as we walked in and was extremely friendly. He called me as soon as he figured out the problem and gave me a solution. Within 1 day my car was fixed and ready for pick up. Extremely satisfied with my service.

I had called an hour and a half before close asking about their oil change prices. Best estimate I received after calling 5 other places which were charging over $100 so I was impressed and was eager to come in. Chris had stated that there was a possibility they might not have time to get me in and asked if tomorrow morning worked but I let him know that I didn’t live in the area and that I had work the next morning. He told me to come on by and that he would take care of me and sure enough they made it happen and I’m super grateful! They were quick and easy and I was able to go home with peace of mind. I would definitely come back!

Got me right in and serviced the vehicle in a timely manner. Provided the inspection of brakes and other parts. Fortunately nothing was of concern.

Me and my Mechanic had just got my car up and running after five months of it being down and I called Midas to see if I can bring the car in for an oil change I know at the time it was last minute and Mr. Joshua Bousona told me to bring the car in he Will take care of me. When I arrived at the shop, he greeted me with a smile and said you got here quick lol Service was great, and the mechanics were fast and professional.

Went to replace all brake pads. I provided the brake pads. When I picked up the car, the message that brake pads needed work. I went to Manager and he said it was a new sensor installed. The light still needs pads and the problem is left to me for solution.

Always the best. Friendly staff that isn't afraid to answer one's questions. They offer a free Courtesy check, that keeps me appraised of my vehicle's overall condition, with the oil change and have an all day oil special on Thursdays.

I was informed that my rear brake pads needed to replaced after a courtesy check was done on my vehicle. I was able to get them replaced in less than an hour.

Alwaya a top notch ecperience at Midas. My car's steering wheel was shaking when I put on the brakes. After a free brake evaluation it was discovered that my front rotors were warped. Unfortunately they were to thin to resurface and the front and rear brake pads needed replacement. My car's brakes feel better than new now.

Midas patched my tire instead of plugging it. This is a safer method of repair and does not change the speed rating of the tire. The tire patch will also not leak like a tire plug can and will. I am very happy with the proffesional repair the Midas technician performed.
