When I came in, I was told that I was the next client and will not take too long. I ended up spending three and a half hour to Change 2 tires. Employees used profanity in the front desk, and ate. The Jamaican girl was very nice.
At first, I visited on a busy afternoon. The attendant advised that it would be a long wait but that I could return early the next morning. I appreciated the suggestion. When I returned, the attendant remembered me and took care of me quickly. My car was the first one to be worked on. I thought it was a bit expensive to charge $35 to remove a nail from one of the tires. I was also advised to replace two of my tires and received a quote.
After getting my vehicle in for the oil change there was an up charge of $18.99 for an additional quart of oil. And my tires were never rotated and the repetitive additional quotes from the 45point check for each guest were ridiculous. Each person was repeated nearly the same issues at checkout. My truck is new and my quote was $1902.00.

They charged 90$ for the tire pressure sensor just to remove from one rim to another rim ,it took 5 seconds ,I watched the guy do it ,a scam by midas to rip the customer off, the car calibrates itself, definitely stole money from me ,and the guy chipped the paint on my rim ,ban midas
They have to stop the wrong doing process immediately, it is not the first time having the same experience. Please have a look in to the whole process, if your area has surveillance cameras. We as a community cannot take it anymore. Very wrong practices exist here.

Coupon for oil change said 29.99. Price in store was for $50 conventional oil but lady said they only had synthetic for $85. So I had no choice. Didn’t like that. Car was done in about 40 mins that was good. Lady told me I needed air filter, cabin air filter and alignment. So alignment is just a way to charge more, so I declined. I decline the cabin air filter. I ordered the engine air filter for $35, cause I felt pressured. I know they make money selling things people don’t need. After I figured it out, and from now on I’ll buy and install my own air filters. Same for battery. I got the oil change I needed but now I will look around and research more because I don’t trust them. I only went there cause they are cross the street from my apartment complex. Also, several years ago I went to a Midas in margate that eventually closed because they were ripping ppl off for things they didn’t need. Last year I went to a pep boys and bought tires and paid $50 less than the quote, they gave me a discount at the end. Felt that pep boys was much better but now they are 25 mins away.

My experience with Midas Auto Services was nothing short of disappointing. I took my car in for what was supposed to be a routine maintenance service, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. Firstly, the service took an incredibly long time, far beyond what was initially estimated. To make matters worse, they failed to rotate my tires as promised, citing that the front tires were too worn, which was contrary to the technical sheet they provided, showing uniform tread depth on all tires.Moreover, Midas attempted to upsell me on additional services, which left me questioning their integrity. To top it off, their pricing was misleading – their website advertised a $60 maintenance fee, but upon arrival, they insisted on charging $72, and after everything was said and done, the bill came to a staggering $86.96. I left feeling completely cheated and unsure if the basic services, like oil and filter changes, were even performed as they claimed. My experience with Midas Auto Services was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this establishment for their automotive needs.
Easy to schedule service. Flexible with the time of appointment and I unexpectedly had to come in 3 hours earlier than scheduled time, but was not a problem. They were able to service the vehicle then and there and were quick and efficient. Fairly priced. Seemed honest. Would recommend

The customer service rep didn’t even bother advising me what the cost would be to repair/patch up my tire. I was just provided the paper to sign and pay $42 for a patch (when Firestone charges $20). I needed my tire repaired (and I was there already) so I just stayed to complete service. The customer service rep started eating their lunch in front counter in front of customer which I found unprofessional. When my car was ready, she handed me the wrong keys of my vehicle. This is the first time I’ve gone to Midas since it’s literally across the street from my house. Next time I’ll just make the extra drive and go to Firestone. Speed up your service. Your employees at the counter are the best thing about this place. The way your car is serviced is absolutely ridiculous. Other people in the waiting room were complaining as well. I waited 2.5 hours for my service to get my car back In horrible condition. I could tell immediately it wasn’t driving correctly on top of several lights came on my dashboard. I brought it back to have to wait another hour and a half and that was only because of my patience wearing thin and bugging the ladies at the front. Your customer service beyond the front desk is absolutely terrible!! Those ladies at the front are what save for the terrible garage service that is received. I will never go back to this place. Spent a total of 4 hours of my day which is absurd!!

I felt that the price I was charged to replace my battery was way over a reasonable price. I had to pay over $280 to have my battery replaced. Speaking with friends, they agree that the price was extremely excessive, and that many places don't even charge a fee for the replacement (labor). If it had not been an emergency, I would never have come to Midas. On a previous visit, I was given a repair estimate that was also very high, and when I took the car to my regular mechanic he did the work for way less than half the Midas estimate. I feel that Midas is a rip-off, sadly. On the plus side, the reception staff are very nice and friendly.
I bought a coupon through Groupon that suggested oil rotation and change, general maintenance for my car, additional in the purchase I paid for the alignment of my car. In the end they tell me that they didn't refill my car's basic fluids because they needed a flush. My car has 30,000 miles and it was instantly serviced by another mechanic who refilled my fluids without a problem, they didn't throw away my tires but they didn't compensate me for another one either. side because they were "worn out" another mechanic checked them and said they were in good condition, they never put a sticker on my car with the next oil change which does it until valvoline NEVER EVER IN THIS PLACE, Groupon allows you to detect good places to that you become loyal and create a long-term relationship. Unfortunately it won't be, apart from that the lady at the front desk was very kind.

Vechicle was on the lifts a hour 20 mins not being worked on but the company charges major money by the hour other mechanics dealers don’t take 3-4 hours to replace brakes and rotors and they accept there Groupons and coupons this location did not accept the Groupon for my vechicle as stated nor did it for 3 other customers that wanted to use it disappointed I was a first time customer received over a thousand dollar bill for brakes and rotors just for the rear only 🤦🏽♀️

When I called for oil change, They said they were running a special at 69.99 for the month for syncetic oil plus tax. It turned out to be 122.45. Totally not right at all, They even said that I needed another plug and I disagreed. It was only the seal but they went and charged additional 15.00 and the list goes on.

I came in around 11 am because my car was shutting down but when I tried to crank it up it started running again so I was very close to that store so I stopped by. After they inspected the car I was told that I needed a battery. I purchased a battery about 7 are 8 months ago from the Midas store on 27th Ave so it was still under warranty..Then they told me I needed a new oil pan because mine was damaged and leaking oil..I waited there about 5 hours just for them to tell me that the oil pan was not going to be there until tomorrow I had to rent a car to get home and for my wife to get to work that night the rental caused me a extra 69 dollars..My vehicle was not ready until about 2 pm the next day that was unavailable
This is my 3rd time going to this Midas location and each time Judy makes such a breeze. She explains everything well, is willing to go beyond whats expected for the customer and treats you like she has known you forever.

If you like to expend double the money on Tire Installation just go to Midas.It was my fault trusting Midas and thinking that just because it was close to my house it was the best deal to install 4 new tires. Midas charged me $200 plus taxes and after I did it is when I realize that Midas's Competitors like Tire Plus or Tire Kingdom charge only $79 and $80 plus taxes for the same service.Manager did not price match as courtesy because I already had my tires installed.One less costumer for Midas.This was my google review.

Went in for a flat repair. Price advertised was $35 but was charged $45 because of the rim size (22, which is stock for my truck). That plus shop supplies and tax was closer to $55 total. A bit expensive but overall, good experience.
First of all I arrived at 7.50 before opening with a flat tire, I was the sencond on the line and I took more than 1 and a half hour to get an estimate, the receptionist told me was going to take 45 min, after giving me a 3 pages quote of $305 ans explaining my tire was "ireparable", I asked them to please put my spare, wich they did and charged me $42, I went to Family Tires pembroke pines across the street, they repaired the tire in 20 min and charged me $19. I feel disrespected and fooled for your company, instead of having fancy envelopes and quotes ypu should treat your customers with respect, the chance of the spare after making waste almost 2 hours waiting should have been complementary not charged
High price and lack of communication
I was over charged for a simple oil changed. I paid $115 dollars for an oil change when a local family owned businesses wouldn’t have changed me that much! I was told my windshield fluid would be filled I was willing to pay even more out of pocket for it but I was told that it would already be done being that it’s protocol. And just to my least bit of surprise it wasn’t refilled.
Associate at the desk made sure that I did a lot of my 30K maintenance fluid changes and was aware of some tire changes and wiper changes that I would need to make soon. No pressure in terms of what they suggested either.
There must always be room for improvement. Other than forgetting to reset my dashboard clock, the service was very good. The clock was reset when I returned.
The prices of the parts were double if not triple original market value. It was explained the warranty was the cause of it. They did try and help lower the price a bit but still 100% markup for warranty doesn’t sit too well with me as the customer. Everything else was fair. Labor costs was understandable. Timing was quick.

Judie the front desk person needs dire training on customer experience. She has been rude to me where she would walk away as I am still talking to her politely. Her behavior changes based on the presence of other customers. I did not feel any empathy from any the professionals unless asked for. In the last visit, Erwin even approached me with an intimidating tone.The technical persons are incompetent to throughly understand the issue and fix it at one shot. They would call me and say the car is ready to pick up and I will have to cut my work hours to walk up there just to realize that they have done half-a$$ work. I have the Invoice numbers if you want to get into the details. Oh by the way, this happened in all of my 3 visits. I can tell that the left-hand is not talking to the right-hand properly in this very tiny facility. Over-priced + Under delivered = Midas at Pembroke Pines

I was charged $ 1,897.00 for a one day service which I found very strange because the car was running perfectly fine. The a/c was working fine. The next day after the service, the a/c doesn't work. I bought a Groupon for the synthetic oil change which is needed for my BMW X5 for $50. Had my son take my SUV to get the oil change done and align as I had just gotten new tires. Midas did not accept the Groupon but apply the $50 towards the bill inste
