This location was the 2nd time I have been to a Midas for an oil change. The first location (Fort Lauderdale) I was highly disappointed but not this time. The associate at the counter was very friendly, offered me coffee, very courteous. She called me, because I left and walked to the store, and explained to me what services I needed and the amount I would have to pay etc. I didn't get that treatment at the Midas in Fort Lauderdale. The person who changed my oil told me I would need front brakes by my next oil change and I appreciate the level of service that was given to me. They didnt just change my oil and send me on my way. I was informed of what was needed to be done and given a very thorough breakdown on the invoice of what was done to my vehicle. Yes I would highly recommend this location (Pompano Beach)

The staff went above and beyond to help me replace a newly installed part ( put in by Midas in PA) that failed while I was on vacation in the Pompano Beach area. They took me in right away and changed out the part so that I could be on my way.

I responded to an add for 29.00 oil change and tire rotation. I responded online and was told I’d get a call in 30 minutes. 2 days later I called to make an appt as no one ever called. I had a 1 pm appointment. They don’t finish my car til 3 pm, never rotated the tires and charged me 99.00. You guys suck!! I’m seriously thinking of reporting you to the BBB and Governors office.

The Father and Son duo at the front desk were highly knowledgeable and great communicators. They took the time to explain how certain car parts work and even went over all solutions and prices. I even reviewed them on google because they treated me so well.

First, the coupon I presented was not honored. When I questioned the person at the desk, he conveyed it the price he charged me was close enough. Also, tire rotation was to be included, which they did not do and also gave me a story about how it didn't need to be done. In my opinion, I should receive a partial refund. The guy was obnoxious telling me about his 15 cars and all the money he made in the stock market, yet he couldn't do what was requested or charge the correct price.

Midas was highest out of three auto care services for full brake job. Midas was closest but come but justify a $300 delta between the Midas quote while both others were significantly lower. That’s the only reason I choose to go elsewhere
