Was there and vehicle was taken in right away all the stuff I asked for was done. They brought attention to me a couple of issues that were new to my attention were friendly and understanding what was needed to be done

So the manager tells me that I need tires. I inform him I just got tires last year, he then proceeds to tell me last time was in 2018. I could've swore I just got the tires from Midas. He said 2018 and how time flies. I left thinking maybe he was right. Thankfully I keep all my paperwork from Midas. I searched and found my tire purchase from Midas including installation on July 2023. I dont know why they did not have that in their system. I feel that every time I go to Midas they are misleading and trying to swindle people that don't know better. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back to Midas.

Provide adequate through service. Also ensure mechanics are providing what the customer paid for. I had a brake job done which cost close to $1000. I believe the brakes put on my vehicle were not new as they are rubbing worst then they did prior to being changed.

Pretty sure you guys rotated my tires last time when I got an oil change and it was notated on the receipt. Now I don't know if you still notate the rotations on the receipt but I don't think my tires were rotated at all. And if I'm paying $83 for an oil change I don't want less service for more. I can get the cheap service and an oil change for $39.99... but if I want premium service I don't get in the tire change I don't get it.

Call back to confirm appointment, as stated on web site. Go over the estimate thoroughly. Reconsider the "flat fee" for services. I paid $240 for 1.25 hours of service because, as I found out when I got home and reviewed my bill and called the Midas shop. I had 2 flex pipes put on my car, so each one would have cost me $120, whether it took 4 hours or 4 minutes to put them on. Shameful, Midas! Not everyone has tons of money for car repairs. I drive an old car because I CAN'T afford a new one. This trip to Midas cost me a whole week's pay! Ouch!
The process was easy and well explained. Associate was helpful and even offered me a loner car when it turned out that I was going to need some extra work done. Very helpful and open about what my car needed.

Kevin saw to it that my wife's car had new front brakes which I purchased separately. Didn't flinch when I brought all the parts..they did an excellent job.
MIDAS was very helpful in detecting the wheel bearing problem which I believed was a muffler leak. Their mechanic's test drive identified the problem and was able to replace the bearing in a very timely manner.
