The only problem that I experienced was that my appointment time was at 11:00. They didn’t pull my car into the bay until 11:37. I didn’t leave until 1:41. For an oil change and an inspection. They took money off the bill. Other than that, everything was phenomenal.

If someone has a scheduled appointment, please have all the parts needed to complete the service. Was told it would be several hours before the oil filter would come in, so I left without the service being completed.

No one ever gets top rate from me, but service manager was great as he gave everything to me straight forward. I said I needed an air filter he looked at it and said I was good 👍 no upselling

My only complaint concerns the time I waited for service. I booked an appointmentment for a specific service and arrived on time. An hour elapsed between my arrival and my car's being taken into the bay for service. I could see that the location was busy, and I did observe that people walked in off the street hoping for service that they were unable to get. Even so, it was a long wait. I was happy with the service I received and the price I paid.

I am always impressed with the knowledge, understanding and expertise shown by the staff here. I always walk out with my car in better shape and a smile!

The two men at the counter were very nice and helpful. My right front tire was already worn so I noticed my tires were not rotated.. went back in and they were able to fix my issue. But all that was done was an oil change . No service checks , no comments to be made about my tires, brakes anything according to my coupon I was to have the car checked out and a tire rotation . I had an appointment at tires plus and should've just kept it there. Just seemed very rushed and unprofessional not to do the job that was supposed to be done.

From the time I walked through the door I was cordially greeted by a lovely gentleman named Harold. I waited for my car in the waiting area. While I waited I got to do my favorite thing...color. It helped to pass the time and listen to the dialog with other customers. I was extremely impressed by the kind and enthusiastic and very professional manner this gentleman spoke to each customer. I even was able to witness a customer come in and apologize to Harold for whatever communication that was exchanged. Harold handled that very professionally. I WILL most definitely come to this Midas for everything but toiletries and bananas. Well Done, Port St Lucie Midas! You definitely have the "Midas Touch" !
