I asked if they had the part was told they did which was not the truth. I was not updated telling me they had problems getting the part so I sat there for 5 hours for a Y pipe exhaust repair.i could have made other arrangements but they naturally messed with my existing system so I could not leave and return. No updates other than my guy is working on it when I could clearly see my car sitting there with no work being done.

They were 100% on their job. You get what you pay for. Will definitely go back for future services.

I pick up my vehicle after paying over $600.00 and once home I discovered one light but on the front driver's side wheel hanging out, upon further inspection I discovered the lung bolt was broken. I took the vehicle back and showed it the the man in the office, and he spoke to the mechanic. The mechanic stated that when he was screwing the lung on it just continued to turn. Question: So he realizes it is broken, yet he lets me drive off with it broken? I had to drop it off and wait over three hours for it to be replaced. Why would any mechanic know a lung bolt broke and not fix it right then. Dangerous situation as far as I am concerned.

Jonathan and Marcus were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, respectful, and accommodating. They gave me very detailed information on which to make my decision about having my brakes installed with Midas. Like ceramic brake pads versus other brake pads. He explained the lifetime guarantee on my brakes and said that I could stop in at any Midas and have them replaced.

The coupon promotion is a lie , Midas get me a price over the phone and online , I would pay 69.00 they Knew my car was a Sedona and they charged me 106.00That's is no fair I paid almost doble than I was told , we have 4 cars in the the house and honestly won't touch Midas

We learned that they are under new ownership and they were so explanatory and showed me the problem instead of just telling me. Never did I experience with previous owner.

I came in with a tire that was losing pressure. Upon entering the associates were extremely nice and helpful. They asked me what my problem was I described it to them and they immediately went into action to fix my car. Other places had quoted me over three hours of white time and they took me back immediately even though they had other things they could have been doing. This place went above and beyond for me and earn my business from here on out. They sent me out the door with a fair price resolution to the problem that I had.

The alignment turned out great and a good price. The oil change price for full synthetic was phenomenal too. But two things really were iffy. First is telling them that my car is a GM car and the engine requires dexos, the service advisor thought I was speaking in another language. And because I have a spark and my filter is rare, I tend to supply my own, so I left it on my seat and said I had one but they said they dont install outside parts, so fine. Cars all set, I get in and see my filter is gone. I figure they did actually install it. However, I noticed on the receipt they put 5 quarts of oil even though the engine calls for 4. Checked the dipstick and its overfilled. Went underneath and saw a napa gold filter. So they overfilled my car and stole my wix filter.
