Just took longer than anticipated.
I'm going to take the hit on this one. My fault that I didn't get pre pricing before I had the oil change done. I walked away from a Chrysler dealer because of a $118.00 charge, so I stopped to this Midas, in the neighbourhood, made an appointment, had the oil change and tire rotation done. Appointment was honored, job done in a reasonable time. Went to pay the bill, $119.00 and I provided the filter. I can get this job done in Michigan for $70-$90.00 all day long and all over the state.Be careful of how you recommend services and products to, especially if its a car guy. They probably know their car better than your write up people.

I am from Tallahassee, FL. I am used to paying around $105 at Take 5 for an oil change only. My truck calls for full synthetic. At Midas I received an oil change with full synthetic and tire rotation for less then Take 5. The staff were great and explained everything to me also. I will be using Midas and hopefully there is one in Tallahassee, FL.

The guys who work at the Zephyrhills location are honest, patient, helpful and kind. They give you many options and they are not pushy, nor do they make anyone feel bad if they can’t afford something or if they don’t understand a repair.
It was easy process from scheduling appointment to getting a call with a description of service needed and an estimate of cost. The service was quick and after driving my vehicle for a week with no issues was great.
I had a nail in my tire while working in Zephyrhills. The entire staff was extremely nice and kind, I truly appreciate the great customer service.
I have my own oil and filter, The service guys do a good job.I had the foot paper still left in my car! And a smudge on my steering wheel.Not a big issue, but, someone needs to check, before returning the car to the owner.I'd also like to see how much brake wear I have, or how much I have left, before I need them changed out. A green checkbox doesn't answer that question.
I came for new spark plugs and they didn't put them in and then they changed the oil and I did not need a oil change. The oil change was only done 3 months prior. They should have saw that it was absolutely clean. Then they changed it or they didn't top off any other liquids. Transmission fluid was low making noise. The windshield wiper fluid was empty. They didn't check any of the fluids. This change the oil cause me on just under $60 and I did not need an oil change

It doesn’t take 2 hours to do an oil change. There was hardly anyone else there, even the workers were talking about how slow it was that day. Half an hour I waited and then they got my car in there and worked on it for 2 whole hours. Only thing I asked them to do extra was check that my ac was okay because I thought it was running hot that day. Plus the price of a full synthetic oil change.. 77 and some change.. that’s with a discount. That’s too much money to be paying to have to wait 2 hours. It’s a half an hour job tops.. I would have gone somewhere else but It was too late. Don’t get me wrong the people were very nice. Just not time efficient whatsoever.

They were aware that I have been going to the Midas in Zephyrhills for several years and had my first oil change for my 2022 Jeep Compass (work from home). When I informed them that the oil was leaking they were prompt to remedy this situation and I was not charged since it was their mistake.

The dealer up the road from Midas told me he had several people call out. So he couldn't change my oil that day. My car was due for its first oil change. So driving home annoyed I saw Midas. I was pleasantly surprised they could do it so quickly and reasonably priced.

Usually use dealer for these services none in area had shuttle service and couldn't guarantee time of appointment. Your location could give tome frame of 2 hourd and didn't mind waiting. Prefer appointment time frame less than 2 hours

I would have been more satisfied if not for the following. When the counter agent was completing my order, he kept trying to upsell items I didn't need. I came in specifically for an oil change. Several of items pointed out are things that I can fix myself (IE: replacing bulbs, wipers, and the air filters.) But what really irked me was trying to sell a coolant flush. My car had it's entire radiator system replaced just about 10000 miles ago - there is absolutely NO PROBLEM with my coolant, it doesn't need doing for another 20000 miles. I suspect he saw a woman who wouldn't know better. He also kept trying to push financing which I told him multiple times I would NOT be approved for - I've tried in the past when I had a better credit rating than I do now. I won't be approved. But he kept trying to sell it, I believe in hopes of getting me to spend more.I think a little retraining on customer service is in order - and learning how to take NO for an answer.

I was running errands and my tire low air light came on. I stopped here to see if they could squeeze me in and possibly repair it. They got me right in with little wait time and they were able to repair it. The gentlemen at the desk and the mechanic that repaired my tire were all very friendly and I was very pleased! Little over price for oil change
They found an issue with my car and told me to bring it back to the dealer to be fixed.
We were traveling thru the area heading back to Michigan and had several warning lights go off. Jimmy told us to bring it right in and had it diagnosed, sensors and modules replaced, and we were back on the road in 3 1/2 hrs! On Good Friday to boot!

I would insist that the service be done in a timely manner. One hour 45 minutes is too long for oil change and tire rotation.
Your locations should all be up to date on the various services Midas offers. They had no idea what my tire coverage was and I basically had to figure it out for them. Overall, it was almost not worth it.

I was there for an oil change and they said I needed a new air filter. Since I'd never had it done I agreed. I don't feel that anyone went above and beyond, they just did their job as expected. I'm satisfied with my visit and the service, but someone would have to do something pretty special to earn a highly satisfied rating.
Vehicle went in to have right front axle replaced. The mechanic said it was to long and did not fit. I then asked them to replace the ujoint. They said they could not find the right ujoint. Vehicle went in from 0930 till 1730. No work was accomplished. All original parts went back on truck. I went across the street to NAPA and purchased the property ujoint. Completed the work myself at my campsite. Shame on midas for taking $325 of my hard earned money for nothing!
Very prompt service , professional Service, and satisfaction of having my vehicle checked out by trained staff. Can’t place a dollar amount on knowing that your car is up to snuff before a long trip. The employee that assisted me over the with setting up my appointment was very courteous and professional. When I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The employee kept me up to date with the inspection I requested on my tires, I was apprised of needing new tires, the tire I had concerns with needed replaced due to damage and the other tires were approximately 5 years old and needed replaced for safety concerns. The explained current sales and prices. During the replacement of the tires it was discovered my shocks were broken and leaking. All work completed was explained and my options were explained I knew the exact cost upfront before any work was completed and when everything was completed the price was exactly what was quoted. A side note I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby area and bathroom. Sincerely a great job.
Check after tech for negligent behavior and work. How you can leave oil filter off completely or loose to point of engine damage and leave work only towing back to business that is closed and no vehicle for 48 hrs and still charge customer is not working. Also the extensions of damages to engine now.

I scheduled a appointment for 11:30 and go there at 11:15 checked in a was told I was next in line 3 hours later my oil change was completed. I understand that I was there on a Saturday but it should never take 3 hours for a oil change when you have an appointment. I know they were busy and I'm not upset about that I just think it could have been a little faster

My first time at the location and in the area in general. They made me feel at ease!
Because when I call other company they all told me they do not have an appointment or walking there was the only company that welcome to take me as I call and the service was done as soon as possible thank you!

I for one rather experience my own views about companies because what might be good for one, it might not be for another. I/we have been a customer of this Midas for many, many years. We have had some issues but have always resolved them. I/we still keep coming back. The crew are great especially JIMMY, DAVID, GARY, and JOE. God bless you all and please be safe.
Up there will definitely not be a next time. I really don't like going to places like this. I don't believe he was being honest with me about the patch that my tire needed. Also, he tried to sell me 4 new tires that were extremely overpriced. I can pay half the price for 4 tires for the price he quoted me.

The water fountain in the waiting area is not working, and it has rust on it. The staff and patrons need a working water fountain. The staff is amazing at this location and always take great care of my car. I just feel bad that they do not have a working water fountain, and the existing one is also unsightly. If you have a cleaning person, I don't think they are doing an optimal job, but everything else is excellent! Thank you
Been coming here for 5 years, always friendly staff, from techs, to mechanics, to the owner and manager. Staff is always willing to answer any questions, work with you on alternative options, etc... I have never been pressured into receiving service, especially non-essential service, prices are consistent and transparent. I consider myself a customer for life.
If they tell you they checked the air pressure and adjusted it but your gauge shows exactly what it was before they adjusted it guess they didn’t do it havnt checked the rest of fluids yet

I Have been treated with the best treatment all around and the honestey they show me on my vehicle is surpased i am moving up North and they helped me get a Midas store where i am going i could not be more pleased with the Men at the store and will relate to others.
They got me same day I made the appointment and was able to pick up my car the next day
My car was diagnosed and fixed within a very timely manner. Labor wasn't unreasonable either. Overall happy with it my brakes are rock solid now.

Don't give an appointment time (especially for basically the first thing in the morning) and then make me wait 30 minutes before even touching the vehicle. 1 hour and 15 minutes is too long for a simple oil change.
Staff was friendly & efficient. No high pressure upselling. Work completed in a timely manner even though I was a walk in
going there for years the team knows me and takes god care of my cars--never overcharges me and is reliable.

I walked in with a nail in my tire. They ask where and that it would take maybe 20 mins. They took my car to the back,patch it up while they were busy with other customers. They definitely multitask.
Associates were very friendly. All repairs were explained to me. I’m very satisfied with my visit and repairs.

I called ahead to see if I could get my requested service done and was told to come on down. The shop was busy, but I got right in. The price was communicated and I signed off. When a part was found missing from the parts I brought, the service counter ordered that part and we added that to my bill. I later contacted the place I ordered my part from and have received a credit for the missing gasket.

I didn't have an appointment due to my coolant leaking! I walked into the lobby and explained my situation. they got me right in & got me out within an hour!

Ease of dropping of my car and picking back up was perfect for me Communication was great I dropped of my second car for service and had no issues at all No need to check for any unfinished work or bad service Everything just works after the service and if there are any issues the staff will let me know and i have a choice to take action now or wait until i have the money to do the service as i see fit Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on my vehicles I am very satisfied with the work performed
Jimmy and David very professional. They take the time to hear what I have to ask/say. David always explains what he has done and what needs to be done. The rest of the crew are good also.

I had a dead battery. My car was tested and it was determined I would need a new one . I was kept apprised of what procedures were being taken. My car was fixed in a timely manner. I was able to put the charge on my Midas credit card. I was home within the hour. Great Service!
it took 2 1/2 hrs for oil change and air filter
I’ve been to this Midas twice before & hands down the customer service is the best . As a female a lot of places tend to fool you on prices but the guys here are very good at explaining the prices and giving a good deal . David is the gentleman who services my vehicle and he treats it like if it’s his own . I trust him with my vehicle, I have a Mercedes Benz so you just don’t let anyone handle these type of vehicles .
They help you understand what's going on with your car and my whole family goes to Midas. They treat me like family. Thank You Guys
Fast service and reasonable prices
We have gone to this location for years. We feel we are treated well and the service has always been as expected.
Every employee and company always needs to make some kind of improvement. If you are highly satisfied all the time, people tend to slack off. My opinion.
Not a speedy oil change as advertised. Price was not as quoted.

I've had my work completed by them many times before but I will no longer be coming to Midas due to being lied to and you guys damaging parts on my vehicle and then trying to sell me the parts you damaged
I had a problem with one of my tires and they told me they were extremely busy and would take a couple of hours. I was willing to wait to see just how long and I told them I had to be somewhere by 1. They came back and took me in right away. Very friendly and nice place to have car taken care of.
Manager would not plug my tire that I needed so that my tire would not go flat overnight. My new tires were scheduled for 1:00 pm installation the next day. Fortunately one of the technicians caught me as I was leaving and plugged my tire anyway.
Overall just a professional team.

I arrived with no appointment. latter in the afternoon with a screw in a front tire and the tire was leaking air. Both my wife and I are in our seventies and needed help. They took the vehicle In for repair within minutes, and everyone were very pleasant to speak with. This doesn't occur much anymore, nice to be surprised in a good way.
