In Sept. 2023 I got my oil changed. The skid plate under the car was not properly installed so it fell of on my drive home. The managers have said they would replace and I have been in over 10 times and nothing has happened.

We made an appointment for replacement of one tire and 4 TPMS sensors on Saturday morning. Dropped off car. I asked 2x, is this the same tire that's on the car now, and was told YES. After pickup, the tire is NOT the same brand and model as current. When arrived for scheduled pickup, were told the Tech damaged one of the four TPMS sensors so car not ready as promised. Waited 1 1/2 hours for new TPMS to be installed. Drove home. Valve stem leaking. Was also damaged in the repair. Drove back for new valve stem and replacement of second damaged TPMS sensor at 5:45pm Saturday night. After repair and pulling that TPMS sensor (damaged) told to come back Tuesday and would have the 3rd TPMS sensor for that tire. showed up...NO TPMS sensor and told the TECH with the needed programming tool was not there that day. Asked to come back on Wednesday, which we did, then waited another HOUR for repair. At drop off was quoted $660 for work. Charged $970 at pickup. Supposedly, they didn't tell me about some of the fees??? Maybe we're OK with repair now? we'll see....

Had an issue with the alternator belt on a Friday afternoon. Was able to book an appointment online with Midas Friday night. Went there first thing Saturday. They couldn't have been more professional. Took my car right back. Ran tests. Came back and told all was good and only charged me $20 for the testing. What they told me was wrong made sense. Gave me piece of mind that I could drive without any issues. I was not able to get an appointment at other service shops for a week+. At a time when very few provide quality customer service, MIDAS was old school and provided great service and communication even when they were only making $20. Highly recommend!!!
Honor a scheduled appointment time. Price adjustments - to pay $101 to have a battery installed is absurd. Most importantly, the owner/manager should not come off smug, rude, and condescending. WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER!!!

I have spent quite a lot of money with the Alpharetta location. In 2021 I had rotors replaced on a 2010 Toyota Venza. A few months later (early 2022), the rotors were bad and the manager warrantied them. I returned with the same issue on 5/27/23 and was told that rotors had NO warranty & I needed new rotors Again! I paid nearly $1,000 and returned 3 days later with an issue. They kept my car for nearly 6 hours and I still have bad brakes! I will be returning the car to Midas in Cumming Ga tomorrow and I expect my brakes repaired correctly! How can the original Toyota rotors last 11 years and the ones Midas installs don't last and they are inferior? I would like a phone call from corporate and I will be filing a COMPLAINT! IF, I wreck due to faulty brakes I will SUE Midas!

This is about the Midas shop at 224 N Main St, Alpharetta, GA 30009. I brought in my vehicle there because it was the closest service shop when the "Check Engine" light was light up when I was driving in that area. I dropped my vehicle there at about 3pm expecting to pick it up by the end of the day (6pm). The shop manager promised sending me text link for inspection result but I did never get it. I called at about 5pm but the manager refused to clearly state what was wrong but poured me adjectives making me think something really serious had happened. I went to the shop at 5:30 stated that I had to get the vehicle back by noon next day and they stated that it would be a 3.5 hours job. Next morning I called at about 10am but they could not promise a finish time. I went there at about 11am and nothing had been done. I have no choice but denied further repair and paid $145 inspection fee. The all communication sounds to me that they planned to rip me off. There is no confidence communicating with the shop manager. You need to train your shop managers to be at least honest to customers.

Something has changed at his location. Has management changed? Communication with Allen was terrible. He seemed out of his depth. Never called me, and when I called him to check on status, he never knew the answer. The part took FIVE DAYS to get shipped! I could have bought it on Amazon quicker. I finally had to physically come by the location to check on the status of the part. I spoke to the 'manager' - David - and while apologetic and said the right things, I found him to be dismissive and condescending. This was my go-to repair place for our family's vehicles. I've spent a LOT on repairs here. It's hard to consider returning given my last experience.

I had scheduled an appointment with Alpharetta North Main Street location, and reached 15mins early. I checked in, dropped off my keys and was walking in Midas parking lot. After 1hr 10 mins, i went in to check, as my car was not pulled in. Associate was extremely rude as i tried to get time estimate of completion. Associate was not disciplined and gave random responses. I left with my car keys and ended up wasting 1.5hrs that day.

When quoting a repair, don’t throw out an estimate and then double that when the work is completed.

I have been going exclusively to this Midas for years. They have always taken such good care of me and my cars. I have trusted them and feel like I have always gotten great service and great value. However, it was immediately noticeable that there are new owners. I’ve felt nickeled and dimed. The communication process via text with Haely and personable and unclear. More than anything. I am sad that I have lost trust in this location. I’m not sure I will be able to go back.
Don’t lure customers in saying you can resurface and then machine doesn’t work. Also said it wasn’t busy and when I went there, it was a 2-3 hr wait!

7 hours is to long to wait for a brake job
If a car is left for a a couple days it should be a priority to fix it ASAP. Not to wait for any other issues that might arise at the last moment and keep the car away from the owner in detrimental to his way to go to work.
Left grease marks on door handles, on hood and a couple of other places. Should have been wiped off.

I received a $59.99 oil change & tire rotation coupon via email from Midas.com. I then schedule an appointment at your Alpharetta, GA. location. Upon arrival, the service manager initially wouldn’t accept the pricing. I had to go & search for the email & coupon AGAIN. Clearly he did not TRUST that I was telling the truth even though I showed him the information. Unfortunately that didn’t make me feel very welcomed. In the future, Please trust your customers!
We wanted a tire replaced and it was. I’m not sure if we didn’t communicate to have the other tires checked but soon after we left the tire pressure warning light came on.
The associates didn’t try to over sell me on services that I didn’t need nor required. The Roswell location seemed like they were trying to sell me services that my car didn’t need.
Service was fast and the work was done well. Had a small problem with my online appointment and the service team worked with me and got me the tires that I needed and wanted at a very reasonable price.
Went to Midas to have them look at my transmission on 3/25. Was told Midas couldn’t replace my transmission since my warranty would only provide a used one and Midas felt uncomfortable to work with a used part. Had my car towed to my dealership service center that could replace it and was told the diagnosis Midas gave me was incorrect and the car did not need a transmission. The car actually had a loose pressure switch which caused a leak. Midas attempted to quote me $7k for a job that truly cost about $600 to repair. I reached out to Midas location on 4/4 to settle in private and get a refund for the diagnosis that was given in error and haven’t heard anything as of yet. I have had several services done at this Midas location over the years ranging from routine oil change to new brakes and tires and question and now question every service that’s ever been provided.
I was very happy and overall surprised with my service at Midas. They gave me a window to drop off my vehicle which I prefer. My service was completed within the hour. When they called, they recommended what I do next without trying to sell me right there. I felt in control of my vehicle and my decision for my vehicle which I do not feel at other places. I highly recommend Midas.
