My vehicle was not serviced the same day as promised. One of the associates had to come pick me up from home to return my vehicle that was not repaired at all. I spoke to the owner Robert asking him why my car wasn't repaired as he promised. He just kept nodding his and laughing in my face. I informed him I will be returning my vehicle on Friday morning to be repaired. I returned my vehicle and Sherry called me to inform me additional repairs willl have to be completed. I paid $985.89 in repairs. Sherry guaranteed my chck enigne is off. Drive the vehicle around and I will pass emissions test. As soon as I left Midas the check engine light is back on. Now I have to find time again out of my schedule to take it back.
My issue hasn't been resolved. I was not informed that they would be using a savage part. I had to pay more money for an additional part and after that my car is still not working properly. Now I have to based on what they told me, drive with the traction off because they after fixing it the first time two new lights were on my dash that were there before. My car is now is worst shape than before I took it to Midas.

improvement could be implemented if honest information could be consulted with the customer and not just trying to make more money from a client . I had an axle changed and an alignment if both axle needed to be changed why not tell the client its best to get both axle done before doing an alignment. I really dont think any work was done on my car cause it felt the same as it did when i brought it in and it sounds worst.
I had priced the work at other places, and at Midas I was quoted around the same price so I felt that it was an honest quote. The work was done in a timely fashion and my SUV runs great

The air conditioner did not work in my 2016 Honda CRV. The diagnostic was free (it was $176 at the dealer). The manager physically showed me the corrosion in the unit. Then he gave me a detailed cost analysis. I dropped it off the following weekend. They called me when it was ready and it was within the estimated time of completion. They provided excellent service all around.
Not up charge customers just because they are broke down in a different city than they live. I and weary of ALL Midas taking advantage of customers who can be in a bad situation

As a woman, I often feel a bit intimidated by the advisement given by the technicians. Since my husband gave me specific directions, I would've appreciated if the tech would've just accepted what I said and put his overall diagnostic documents in the invoice and not attempted to discuss it with me. I understand why he tried, but once I say, "He said...," let it be, unless it is extremely life threatening.

I went in for an o2 sensor. I didn't get it replaced. I also mentioned something being wrong with my AC. She asked what was it doing. I stated that I THINK it needs freon but I'm not sure to please check it before any work is done to my car. The tech was suppose to talk to me about my car instead he completed the AC charge without me approving it. So I had to pay for a service that I didn't need. Instead I needed the antifreeze in the radiator. My AC is blowing the same as usual. I let someone else check my car and he stated I needed a can of freon. Wow!!! I was just ripped off. Afterwards I didn't trust them to fix my O2 sensor. You just lost a good customer.
My check engine light came on the day afterwards and my right front tire just so happen to be at 30 with every tire at 40 though I’ve never had any issues with my tire until I went and they wanted to find a problem with it. Yeah… will never ever EVER come back to this location ever EVER again and will tell EVERYONE that ask about this experience.

Try to make your prices more reasonable. No one should have to pay 900 dollars to replace a alternator. That's more than I make in two weeks.

The problem I had with my car was kind of expensive but Sherri help me get approved for east pay that was a good relief for me. Got my car back the same day && is running so much better than before.
I've drove this van for a year or so and the radio never worked. After yall put in the new battery I went to set the clock and found the radio worked now. I was so happy. But before I could get it 5mins up the road to my job it stopped working again. So once again I have no radio. And that sucks!!

First off I drop my car off and she said it will be done by 10am the next day and it was 3ish that day the next day came my car wasn't ready until 3ish I had to call out from work she said the break inspection was done and I didn't need them and that's a lie I still needs breaks she gave me a total of$1037.00 I asked to drop the$37.00 because my car wasn't ready when she told me it would be and now that I got my car and driving it I still need breaks so I paid for tires oil change plus alignment which I thought would be free since I was getting new tires from them they didn't change my air filters so never again I will find someone that will do the work I asked for and that will have my car fixed when they say it will be done I can even understand it being a hr longer very unsatisfied
